This is an old country retreat that has been converted to a B&B. It's a gorgeous building and is lovingly cared for by the current owners/innkeepers. They hosted our group for a wedding (we took over the whole place for a weekend) and helped make it a great success. They do a nice job with breakfast and make the place... More

We happened on this wonderful B&B while looking for a place to stay during our trip to sight see in Gettysburg. Having never ventured beyond Gettysburg in that direction, we thought we would check out surrounding communities. This big, beautiful home, built by a wealthy railroad magnate in the early 1900's is very well maintained and true to its original... More

This was, by far, the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. The hosts were very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The rooms were outstanding as well as the breakfast. An added bonus was a great piece played on a great piano by one of the owners. We recommend this establishment with the highest... More

Nice, quiet location. Beautiful mansion with exquisite rooms. Pricing is fair, the owners very friendly. The grounds are well kept with comfortable porches and patios for reading or working on your laptop. I was passing thru on my way to a corvette show and chose this due to previous ratings. It is slightly pricier than local hotels... But is well... More

The Inn at Ragged Edge is simply breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful. We walked down the nature path to a little creek to put our toes in the water. The rooms were clean, beautiful woodwork and fixtures. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us at the door, gave us a tour of the house, and recommended places... More

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The room was very clean, comfortable. The jet tub was an excellent addition to the room. We loves the sky lights that allowed for natural sunlight. The house is beautifully decorated and very well kept. The grounds offered a variety of places to relax and take in the surroundings. My husband and I enjoyed... More

This B&B is a beautiful historic home in a lovely setting with warm and friendly hosts. We traveled with our 10 and 11 year old and they already want to return. We stayed in the Lodge room which was plenty of space for the 4 of us. We walked the cleared nature path and spent time enjoying the creek and... More

This is one of the most difficult reviews I have written, primarily because it is a business owned by a couple of really nice people. Be that as it may, I was very disappointed in our stay at this B&B. Ken, the owner, greeted us gracefully and told about the history of the building, showed us the grounds, which are... More

Title says it all. great house. Great Hosts. Great and unique breakfast. I highly recommend this place. Off the beaten track. Reasonable rates in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania compared to Gettysburg venues.

From the moment that owner Ken met us at the front door, I knew that I was going to enjoy my stay and this lovely B&B. The house was built by a railroad executive in the early 1900s and it still had all of the luster that it must have had on the day that it was first occupied. The... More
