The desk from very friendly and willing to explain everything, the room clean and in excellent condition, and the breakfast was very good, I recommend it, the internet is slow but that I have noticed in many hotels and generally if one travels for pleasure usually wants to be disconnected a little.

We had a great stay here for a ski weekend in March. It had everything we wanted -- it was impeccably clean, the price was very reasonable, and they even had a discount ski & stay package for people skiing at Elk. The free breakfast is very nice -- it's a real sit-down, hot breakfast, unlike the buffet / continental...

The hotel is definitely decent overall but the walls are just so thin you can hear the conversation next door as if they were in your room. And we were so lucky to have drunk idiots next to us who were up late at night when we were planning to leave early for Elk Mountain the next morning. The front...

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business. The internet connection is HORRENDOUS at times! It works around 80% of the time, and just forget about the other 20% - completely useless. The front desk claims they'll "reset the router", but that never solves the slowness. Also, some days you have to enter the username and password literally every 10 minutes...

First, I would be happy to say how much I enjoy this hotel. Its beautiful, comfortable and affordable. I love staying here EXCEPT for so many rude staff members. They obviously do not know the meaning about hospitality because a lot of the members are very nasty. Now, there are those who are AMAZING, such as a beautiful soul named...

Need to fix the entry door in room 412. The door is not secure and although i am uncertain where I lost it, having an entry door that can be pushed open at anytine is disconcerting Price is very affordable but what is up with a fee for a room safe. Room is large and room size is ample Town...

Carbondale is my home town, but I hadn't been there in years. I returned for a family funeral, and needed several rooms, business services, references for local nail salon and dining establishments and to plan a funeral luncheon. This was the place that did it all. I dealt with Roxann, who was very kind, very efficient, and who made suggestions...

I have stayed in the hotel several times in the last few months. Very nice hotel. From the clean rooms to the staff to the resturant. I don't stay Friday night's so I can't speak for the noise, but I can say there was a large party with a band in the banquet room one evening and I heard nothing...
