Very run down, walls falling apart and I had to find my inner man-strength to get the shower knob to turn. Clean, though, I'll give it that. But the bed was really hard and the air conditioner sounded like a helicopter was trying to land in the room.

The building is falling apart on the outside and appears quite old inside - BUT - the rooms were very clean, bedding very comfortable, all necessities were excellent - refer, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer. Room floor clean. A bit older/slightly dirtier outside rooms and building and grounds a real mess. No elevator. Excellent breakfast (for these type hotel breakfasts)....

Pros: Terrfic breakfast that included bacon, eggs, among healthier choices Friendly concierges Clean sheets, bed, bathroom. There's a nice field in the back of the building. Nice place to take a walk. Sliding glass doors on the first floor allow you to get to your car easily and move your stuff in and out fast. Cons: Gym is the worst...

Wow, I love a surprise. The grounds of the hotel were yucky. Cigarette butts, garbage, dirty door leading into the hallway but once we stepped inside of our room, viola! I love vortexes and we certainly entered one. Traveling with my son cross country this was a convenient spot. Paid around $80. Beds, sooo comfy with lots of adult size...

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years. I attend a family reunion in the area when I stay here. The people at the desk are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast is typical, with one hot dish every morning. The people who cleaned the room do a good job for the daily clean-up. The hotel itself,...

A reasonable price but not a great facility. The room was decent in size, but the bed was not comfortable as it was very hard. The carpet was old and could use an upgrade. Breakfast was included, but was various bread products and there is a waffle iron. No protein in the selections. There is free wifi which is a...

If you're looking for a room for one night in Brookville and are concerned with just the price, this is the place. After checking in we were told to enter through the door at the far end of the building. The first thing we noticed was a handwritten sign on the door noting the key card reader didn't work so...

We crawled into this hotel after being stuck in traffic for hours en route from NY to OH. We chose it due to its close proximity to I-80. Walking in after midnight to a dated exterior and lobby freaked us out a bit, especially when we heard there was no elevator. However, we were pleasantly surprised when entering our room!...
