The reason for my trip to Blue Bell was twofold, a romantic getaway and also sadly to attend a friend’s memorial service. Not familiar with the area, I searched a number of travel sites for recommendations on lodging. Normandy jumped off the page, both in...More
This hotel and banquet facility is one of the best! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were too! Staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful......especially when we checked in. Our bellhop brought us ice, took our bottle of wine...More
We booked two rooms for a recent wedding. My sons stayed in the main building and their room was fine. My husband and I were put in a "suite" across the parking lot. It was very difficult getting our luggage up the very narrow stairs...More

Thank you providing feedback on your stay. The entire hotel was initially designed and furnished to fit the overall theme of the hotel. That theme has been updated slightly as we have just recently completed a FULL head to toe renovation of the main complex...More

Good Afternoon, while we do have some reoccurring concerns (which we do address), the majority of our guests enjoy a pleasant stay. I would not be overly concerned. We do maintain a 4 out of 5 on this site and higher on others. If you are concerned about your particular stay, please do not hesitate to email me your reservation information and I will do what I can to make sure you are adding to the positive comments when you check out:)

While I don't advocate overstaying your welcome, the staff & management is wonderful. IF you need them to work with you, please call them and ask to speak with the Manger.

I was brought here by a taxi after arriving in Philadelphia. Rush hour traffic wasn't fun but not too terrible. I can't recall how close the cute little town was to the hotel but we did go through the town center of a cute little town. I'm notch help but the hotel would be good for a small conference and the food is good but you will need transportation to get anywhere outside of the hotel compound.
