I took my grandchildren to the Flying M Ranch today to ride horses. What a delightful experience awaited us! The ranch is family run, which I love! Barbara welcomed us warmly and sent us on to the stables, where our wrangler awaited us. Jessica was wonderful with the children, and they want to trail ride with her again. The views around the ranch are breathtaking, and there are a number of picnic tables along the river, where families can enjoy a picnic lunch after a horseback ride.

It took about 1.5 hours to get to the ranch in Yamhill, the drive was short and fun, the last 5 miles on the way are on gravel road, be prepared for your car to get extremely dirty. The trail ride was fun and the place is really nice. I would certainly go there again.
Note: the one bathroom in the office is extremely dirty.
