This place is a real treat and the positive reviews are not exaggerated. We splurged for the ocean front room and are glad we did. The views are breathtaking. We also really enjoyed the nightly trek to the lighthouse. And even though the B&B was full, it was very quiet. We arrived late but still found a bottle of wine...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in October to celebrate my birthday and we enjoyed every moment! We stayed in the Mariner II room overlooking the ocean and what a view! Our en suite bath was tiny but functional with a shower (no tub). We walked the grounds to the lighthouse, which is an easy and paved...

My friend and I spent a magical night at Heceta Head. The views are amazing and at night you have the whole place to yourself (with a few other guests - are fellow guests were amazing) to explore the lighthouse at night with a flashlight. We had an ocean view room - Mariner II. The room was adequate with a...

Perched high on the cliff flanked by a beautiful beach and the historic Heceta Head lighthouse with a gorgeous view of the rugged coast and the expansive Pacific Ocean, this bed & breakfast is an absolute "must stop" for Oregon coast travelers. The old lighthouse master's home has been transformed into a comfortable and cozy guest house, while maintaining its...

We stayed in Mariner One and lived it. What a stunning view. Staff is awesome and so attentive. The breakfast was fabulous! Everything you'd want from a B&B meal. Our room was very comfortable. Not large but very adequate. Typical for the age of the house. Delightful.

I post a lot. My policy is to review places that I thinks others might enjoy. I keep negatives to few. Staff could be new or having a bad day. 9/18/2016 I had a bad fall @ 2am entering our private bathroom. I tripped over the threshold, broke the toilet seat. Then I landed on my canes. We should of...

New innkeepers are fantastic. Wine and cheese in the afternoon to meet the other guests. Food is now available to order if you don't want to leave for dinner. Kitchen is available to guests. A walk to see the lighthouse, sunset and moonrise are a must. The breakfast conversation was lively during the entire 2 hour, 7 course meal. The...

The views were priceless, the Innkeepers were gracious and fun and the breakfast was amazing! Going to the lighthouse at night and looking at the stars is a highlight. The rooms are well-kept and while we did share a bathroom with another room, it wasn't a problem at all. The settings are intimate and welcoming but also allow for great...

My husband and I just returned after a visit to Oregon and the highlight of our trip was staying in the Heceta Head Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in the Mariner II room and had the most magnificent view of the Oregon coast. That night we took a flashlight and walked up to the Lighthouse to see it at...

We had the privilege of staying here for three nights in the Lighthouse Keeper's room. Definitely would stay in it again. The room was wonderful, the staff was extraordinary, the view amazing. The standout above all these items, believe me it wasn't easy to top any of them, was the 7 course gourmet breakfast that was different each day. You're...
