We liked the place overall. Exception is that our room still smelled somewhat like smoke even though it is a no smoking room. Air conditioning was excellent as it was a very hot weekend. The breakfast was good. People were very friendly.

I appreciate your feedback, without it I would be unable to identify deficiencies that need corrected. We have converted to a smoke free hotel and in doing so we have some issues that still require our attention. The smoke seems to have permeated quite extensively when the east end of the 2nd floor had smoking rooms. We continue to eliminate any offensive smells thanks to guest feedback.

Stayed here twice, first time was given a new room after first night because of big tear in entrance of room. second time the air conditioner rattled all night so no good night sleep, bed was old, and felt like you were going to fall out of bed if you got too close to one side . will not be back to this motel

Ever notice - someone might not say something to your face but will carry on behind your back. If a guest tells us they have a problem, we fix it immediately. Once they leave it becomes a mute issue on a social network page. No room number or name given so where are these issues? Why too, is it always a multiple list of problems? If it is as bad as stated then why not ask to be moved to another room rather than just complain about it after the fact. Makes no sense to me.

For a national chain hotel, I never expected these conditions. The room actually stunk. The rugs were stained, and felt sticky. We wore flip flops the whole time in the room. The bathroom vent fan had cobwebs on it. The mini pillows were useless. My sons room next door had black mold under the tub mat. We didn't even have a mat in our tub. The windows were so dirty, you could barely see out of them. The shower curtain rod was loose from the wall, the shower head was partially clogged. The "breakfast area" was jam packed with only 8 people in it. The room refrigerator had standing water in the bottom of it, and the door rubbed against the carpet when opened and closed
This place needs a "extreme hotel makeover". I hope all of their hotels aren't this bad.

We stayed in this motel on 4/22/2021. I must say this hotel gets the worse hotel rating of all times for me. It was creepy, dirty and funky. The only good thing I can say is that the check-in was pleasant. As we arrived there was a guy outside the front entrance wearing a yellow jacket. At first I thought he was a construction worker who was staying there for work but latter discovered he was one out of a few that were hanging in the parking lot with their dogs, smoking cigarettes spiting and littering. I think the first floor was occupied by homeless due to the CV. I have no problem with homeless people but I think it's just fair if the hotel notify paying gust so they can decide whether or not they want this kind of an experience. Then there was the room from that felt like it came from the movie the shining. The sheet had stains of what may have been blood. The shower had black hair on the walls. The furniture were old and really funky. The bedside table was rocky and the chair has lost the finish on the fabric. The floors were sticky and every time someone closed the door to their room our door was making a loud noise. I had to shove a towel between the door and the door jam in order to make the noise stop. I wouldn't stay in this Motel6 if it was free. Stay away if you don't want to risk getting sick.

The room across the hall from us had two dogs in it that barked and whined all night long. We called management three different times and it never was resolved. This hotel is pretty gross, there's no coffee maker, and obviously no concern for the comfort of guests.

I stayed at this property thinking it would be nice to pay only $39 per night for a room in Wilsonville. Well, be warned: You get what you pay for. When I came in to the motel on Monday, I was followed up to my room by a stalker. The TV didn't work in the room. The room smelled like smoke, even though I requested a non-smoking room. The worst part was that I woke up the following morning with bites all over my stomach and lower back.

first of all i left some things in my room and they did not have them the very next day and the managment would not accept the fact that there house keepers may have kept or through out my stuff and insisted that i did not leave it then the next night i stayed there and the alarm in my room went off at 5:07 am without me setting it and after i got up and went out to walk my dog i heard two other alarms going off in other rooms that became obvious that there was not anyone in those rooms because the were going on for a couple of hours then when i told the managment that they need to let house keeping know they should turn off the alarms she acted as of i was crazy then i told her that there was still one of the alarms going off she never even got up to check and onvious did not care i will never stay at that hotel again and i do not recomend any one else

This hotel is on my top of the worst place ever. They were not accommodating . We had four pillows and were staying for a kids softball tourney and were told that was all we could have. We asked for an extra blanket and was told no. We asked for a rollaway and was told no . The rooms are exceptionally tiny and smelly. Do not risk it for the price.

No 1st floor room, no elevator, room was dirty, not made up at all, staff changed us to 1st floor then. 1 channel on tv, customer in lot warned us not to leave anything in car, essentially no breakfast available, coffee was cold, front desk called next day to ask which credit card I wanted to use. I said the one you gave me a receipt for! Oh? Ice machine really slow. No ice in morning.

Don't believe everything you read, good or bad. Truth is, I think John K stayed somewhere else as we have an elevator, security surveillance of the property both inside and out, cable TV with new 39" flat screen TVs, continental Super 8 Fast Start breakfast, hot coffee in the lobby 24/7, all billing is done at the time of check-in, and a housekeeping staff that takes great pride in the room cleanliness. Come stay at the Super 8 Wilsonville and see for yourself.

I used to stay here frequently, maybe a couple times a week over a 10 year period, but no longer. That works out to a little over 60k that I have spent there personally and more if you count my other employees.

The last time I went to stay there I ended up leaving and finding another hotel in the area. The young man at the desk was as bad at customer relations as you can get.

Over the years, Maya and some of the other desk staff have always treated me well and given me a reasonable rate but not this guy. It was nice to be able to walk in and have the staff recognize me and give me the correct room at a reasonable rate but this guy would not even try. I have spent to much money at this hotel to be treated like he did to me. After a long day of work I do not need the additional stress he put on me.

I will not take a chance that he might be there and go back, especially since the management would not even talk to me about it.

I did try to contact the hotel management but was totally ignored, both by phone messages and email.

There is another hotel very near that has better prices and better facilities. I suggest you go there and not take a chance at being mistreated.

Do you accept pets?
Answer from Robert C
Wilsonville, Oregon
Pets is a pretty general word so let me clarify prior to just saying yes. We allow dogs only, under 35 pounds. They must always be leached and under the owners supervision. If they are to be left alone in a room then they must be caged. A pet fee of $10 is also charged per day. We also restrict pets to the first and second floors only. If there are any other questions, I'm happy to answer.
