I love this hotel & will stay here again. I wish I could give the five star glowing report this time that I gave last time but unfortunately I can’t. This time our room was either not cleaned or only partially cleaned & housekeeping got side tracked. I called to get some wash cloths & before housekeeping got there I noticed our bedspread & pillows were covered in dog hair, I found a steak knife covered with dried steak sauce on top of the cabinet & the desk was covered with sand from what I assume was the River. This hotel is usually so clean you can feel it as soon as you walk in so this was disappointing, disgusting & surprising. I won’t let it deter me because this is the first experience we’ve had like this at this property but we will see going forward. The restaurant here is very nice and the food has always been exceptional. I do highly recommend this property.

We have found our new home away from home. As we go to the Portland metro area at least once a month Hilton Garden Inn Wilsonville is our new favorite spot! We used to stay downtown however with all the recent debacle that is Portland, this hotel offers 5 star service at a three star price and is in an incredibly SAFE location.
The rooms are large, clean, modern with plenty of work space when we need to work remotely. Additionally, the front desk manager Katie is tops in customer service. The staff in general is great and always offering anything we may need during our stay wether its drink ware for our own bottle of wine or extra towels and wash clothes, everyone is super accommodating.
The restaurant has a nice selection of both dinner and breakfast, plus a full very well stocked bar for dine in, take out or take up to your room. The grounds are spotless and most important the beds are comfortable.
We love the location as it is just before hitting the bad traffic into the metro area so its an easy in and out and a great central location for getting around either on I-5 or 205.
We can't say enough nice things about this new, modern HGI. We love it!

Staff was very accommodating to our needs. The room was very comfortable, clean and modern styling. Location was easy off and on freeway, many places to eat and explore in the area. Breakfast was good. With covid-19 some amenities were not available, but I think they did their best to overcome the situation. We will definitely stay again in the future. The whole place was very clean inside and out.

I was hoping this hotel would be a good fit for me since my daughter recently moved to the area and I’ll be visiting often. However, I will not go back to this hotel again. My first room was on the second floor. The hallway smelled like vomit and my room smelled like mildew. The “courtyard view” looked upon another roof and all the ducting, pipes, etc. There was something unidentifiable smashed into the rug next to one of the beds, a piece of the paneling was falling off the wall between the beds, there were ants in the bathroom and the AC was loud. I called shortly after entering the room to see if I could change to another room. The desk person didn’t seem to believe me and told me there wasn’t much they could do. They said since I had entered the room they would have to have someone re-clean it (funny, since it felt like no one had cleaned it in the first place) and that was a huge inconvenience for their staff. I really wanted to leave but felt stuck and resigned to stay there for that night or until I could figure something else out. The next morning as I was about to take a shower I noticed a big green and red booger! I called again to let them know what I found in the shower and asked if any options to move were available now. They said yes and I moved to the third floor. This room was a lot better and I thought I’d give this place another chance. However, that night at 2:00 am some guests were playing basketball and partying outside, below my window. It went on for a long time. I’m guessing someone finally complained, or they just tired out. It was crazy that it was allowed to go on for so long in the first place. Also, I scheduled a room cleaning (they won’t clean rooms unless you schedule it because they’re short staffed) and no one ever came to clean. I finally left a day early. I was supposed to be there 4 nights, but only stayed 3. Overall, lousy customer service, dirty, and expensive.

Stayed here for 6 nights due to damages from a ice storm. Hotel was unexpectedly overwhelmed with guests is why I'm assuming daily room service was wasn't done but the staff was graciously helpful when asked for towels and other amenities for the room. Front desk staff was exceptional personnel and pleasantly understanding.
Room was clean and quiet. The only issue was the poor lighting as the room was very dimly lit. Didn't utilize the restaurant mostly because of the abbreviated menu due to the virus issue.
Good hotel and i recommend it as the best in Wilsonville.

Dear Whynot4382, We were happy to be your "port in the storm". We did our best to accommodate all our neighbors who found themselves without power or water during the ice storm. We appreciate the rating and the feedback, especially about the staff and the lighting. In regards to daily cleaning service, during COVID, for safety and limited exposure the protocol is service is done every 3 days unless otherwise requested. I love that you called us the best in Wilsonville and thank you for the recommendation. We look forward to having you check out our restaurant now that we are able to open up more of our indoor dining. Kindest regards, Melizza Inocencio General Manager

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton garden inn for a short stay to shop for a vehicle, take a fly fishing lesson and gorge ourselves at In and out burgers.
What a pleasant surprise this hotel was.
Front desk agent Mariano was very accommodating to my intricate needs on the phone as well as in person.
If you stay at this hotel, make sure to ask for April in the restaurant. WOW!!! April was nice, very efficient, and seemed like she enjoyed being at work doing her job. In today's environment, that in itself was a positive act of kindness on her part. The hotel was clean, the pool was soothing, and the whirlpool was open and spectacular.
Ask for a room not facing I-5 and you won't hear a thing.

During Covid-19 traveling to a hotel is scary. Discovered this Gem through Google search. Was pleased with the location (conveniently off I-5), the lighting, cleanliness and friendliness of the lady serving the front desk!

Google search gave me a great rate for a King Size Bed, which they honored with a MOB/Hearing room. The room was well designed and above my expectation!
For a weary traveler a welcome refuge !

Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I have since recommended to my family and friends this Gem!

I booked the AARP Family Fun Rate directly from the hotels website which stated that it includes free breakfast, free premium Wi-Fi and late checkout. I paid a higher rate for this compared to the usual AARP discount. When I received my bill after checking via the app, out there were no credits on my bill for the 6 days we had breakfast there or the 1 day I chose Premium Wi-Fi when I logged in. Thank goodness I didn’t choose that for the rest of our stay because they didn’t credit that either. I called the next day to inquire about it and they told me they don’t have free breakfast there. Why would that rate be available on Their website if it wasn’t going to be honored? I called the hotel twice and Hilton Honors also, with no one wiling to honor that rate and then saying they knew nothing about that rate. I am sure I was not the only person that booked this rate and was not credited. I have been a Hilton customer for many years and now I may never stay at one of their hotels again.
Extremely disappointed!

I am a diamond member with Hilton and used to always try to stay in Downtown Portland or immediate metro area in the past until I discovered this particular Garden Inn. It’s pretty much smack dab in the middle of getting to Portland and Salem. Very convenient. Beautiful, newer hotel with great furnishings and a sleek modern look. But as usual with Hilton hotels, the staff are the best and the staff here are what keep me coming back and staying here when I’m in Oregon (about 3-4 times a month). Kim and David were the staff during my stay this time and their name tags both said “In Training”, however they both carried themselves in a way that made it appear they had been here for years. Courteous, friendly, prompt. Everything I expect when staying at a Hilton brand. The cleaning staff are equally amazing as my room has always been spotless and they are available and ready to help should any needs arise. I’ll be continuing to choose this location in the future.

Staff lie to us when we made the reservation claiming that it was RV parking in the restaurant was open which turned out to be a big fat lie. The staff member we had to deal with on Sunday night could care less what we needed and what we were told. She claims she had no way to contact the manager to determine what to do so she did absolutely nothing except give us a room key.

Dear 38hald, My apologies, it appears that the person you spoke to was from Central Reservations and you were misinformed. Our parking lot is not designed to accommodate RV parking and my team member know this. We do from time to time have a guest pull up in one and we do our best to direct them to some parking spots in the back that their vehicle may fit into. If you left your name and phone number with the Front Desk, I would have been more than happy to contact you on Monday discuss the situation. Again, my apologies for the inconveniences and I appreciate your business and wish you safe travels. Kindest regards, Melizza Inocencio General Manager
