Detailed Reviews
As my lead states, some service just MIA !!!
We stayed here for the Memorial Day Wknd 2022.
On Sunday AM, the breakfast service was present and accounted for but on Monday nothing. I told the folks at the front desk and they were unaware. In fact they didn't even have hot coffee. So we went out for breakfast.
When I asked if they could do anything for us, they chuckled and said "this happens on and off, where the people that run breakfast, just fail to show up" !
The price for a room was about average for the area and the room, so if the "implied included breakfast is important to you", then know it'll be a 50/50 if it is served !

The outside door near my room was propped open. I closed it, but it kept getting propped open again. It may have been the group of young men drinking in the parking lot right outside my window who kept propping it open. The door to my room was very hard to close all the way. The room was clean, and for some reason they had to upgrade me from one king size to two queens, so it was a bit bigger. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and the towels were old and stained. The little bottle of shampoo was already half gone. The tv had a terrible picture, like something from 1975 with a roof-top antenna. The best part was the alarm on the clock radio at midnight. I had a head full of Ambien, so it took me about a minute to figure out what the noise was, and I couldn't figure out how to make it stop except to just keep beating it. I unplugged it in the morning. That was also when I found out there was no coffee in the room. There was a coffee maker, just no coffee to make. There is coffee available in the lobby. The second night was quieter, except for that group drinking in the parking lot. Monday morning rolled around and I wanted to hit up the breakfast before heading out. I got there a few minutes before 9, got my coffee, and found out there was zero food available. They stop serving breakfast at 9, which means some point before 9. So I went back to my room to get ready to leave but my key card no longer worked. I went back to the desk and told the guy and he did something, then handed the card back. I went back to the room but the key card still didn't work. The front desk guy walked back to the room with me and had to use a master key to get me back into the room. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, which makes it a little more tolerable. Also, the bed was comfortable (the pillows weren't) and considering it is next to the freeway, it's pretty quiet except for the frequent doors slamming. I won't stay there again.

We stayed here beause it was close to my destination and because it offered a swimming pool and hot tub so that my kids could have some fun. When we arrived the hotel lobby was very nice, they had fresh fruit and cookies. The young man that checked us in was very nice and he was knowlegeable. On the way to the room we noticed the pool and hot tub was very nice in appearance. When we arrived to the room it also looked very nice, until we noticed there was a used tissue on the floor. I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I know that sometimes these things are overlooked by the maids who are in a hurry to turm over the rooms. So i ignored it and did not report it to the front desk. After driving for 8 hours my kids wanted to go swimming so we got in our bathing suits and went on down, The water might as well have been from a glacier. It was so cold, Im not talking like heated but not warm as id like it to be, im talking like there might as well have been cold river water being pumped into it. There were no signs saying that the heater was out, the front desk did not say anything and when I called and made the reservations I was told they had a heated pool. We then decided to go in the hot tub. None of the jets worked and it ws way to hot for the kids to go in so we went back to the room so that they could watch tv. That wasnt much better either. The hotel had like 7 channels at the very most. What hotel has NO cable or even Basic Cable? I had to call the front desk to ask what time it was because my alarm clock didnt work. The best part of the stay was the bed. It was very clean. However sleep, we did not. All you could hear were dogs barking all night long and people yelling. In the morning we got up and had breakfast. They had a good selection of food, but not enough seating. I had to stand up and eat and my 1 year old had to wait till there was a high chair available. We went back to the room to shower and pack up. The bathroom was not bad but there was some mold in the shower, but again a lot of hotels have that issue and it wasnt real bad at all. However upon packing up we noticed more garbage in the room that was not from us. We packed up and left. It was absolutely a dissappointing stay. The only thig te hotel did have going for it was the staff and the bedding.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three days because I had surgery. They were extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and fresh and any request for extra pillows or food was easily handled. Great breakfast even eggs with sausage gravy. But more importantly this is a new owner who bought just prior to covid-19. Even so they kept the hotel open for the people that had no place to go. They kept the hotel open when the fires took place people lost their homes. They are very giving set of owners. They follow all state rules for covid. Spraying each room as a customer vacates. We need more owners like this and companies like this to help provide for those that had the unexpected happened to them. This is from a Goldendale couple that Ranch in Goldendale

We were seeking refuge from a 3-day power outage in Portland and this was the closest accommodation we could find. The room was fine, bed comfortable and everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We were especially impressed with the kindness of the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. Although we don't have any pets, it was nice to hear that pets were being allowed to stay due to the unusual circumstances. The location turned out to be perfect..right off the highway, and many decent restaurants very close by to choose from.
We did not use the pool or exercise room, but nice that it's available.

First off the smell of the room hit hard when we walked in. It was so gross. If they weren't sold out we would ha e asked for a different room. The deadbolt was broken in more than one place & did nothing. The artwork was all gone from the walls with just the holders still there looking dumb. The bathroom tile grout was white under the sink and got blacker and blacker toward the shower. Around the toilet the grout was moldy orange. Just Ew. The beds and comforters looked old and not well kept. The only saving grace was the beds weren't terrible. They weren't great, but they weren't terrible. Oh and make sure to get a parking pass for your car or they say they will tow it away.

f you stay at this hotel, you will think you are getting a pretty good deal. The rooms are fairly comfortable for the price! But after checkout you will receive a message: something is missing from your room. You didn’t take anything, but your card is charged anyway. Now the room has doubled in price. Management won’t respond to your requests for evidence. Corporate says there’s nothing they can do. You got scammed. It happened to me and I was surprised to learn it has happened to many others staying at Quality Inn & Suites too. Don’t fall for the bait- stay somewhere else.

Our party of five stayed at this hotel for two nights, booking out two rooms. BOTH rooms had to be relocated due to various reasons, but waking up on the second morning was a horrible experience. I was woken up by a family member at around 8am, who told us that the fire alarm had been blaring for 15 minutes (which was loudly confirmed when we opened the door). Um, what? The fact that we couldn't hear the alarm is the first major worry. THEN, when we went downstairs, a fire warden had arrived and there was not a single staff member around! 911 had called the desk TWICE, and both times it rang out!! My parents had to address and direct the warden, who confirmed that the hotel had been hugely negligent. It's now 1.5 hours after the incident, and there are still no staff members around! Fuming.

First off if you book on the corporate webpage this hotel won't honor anything about the reservation.
We were stuck in a small room but still charged for the big room that I reserved 5 weeks in advance! My daughter magically lost the.$15% discount (the incentive to book so far in advance!:
Our room was nice....clean no problems however that was the only nice part of the entire stay!
My daughter's room had bugs on the shower curtain. Pool was cloudy. Hot tub was greenish and slimy. Outside was sketchy at best and on our second day an entire family moved in across the hall.
Basketball hoops...moving van....clothes in pillow cases, the works.
No manager on site means no-one gives a poo!!!! I was basically told take it or leave it "you still got a good rate"
WHAT??? Yes it was a good rate but I needed the space.
No accountability
No offer of resolution
NOTHING!
Pay the extra $$$ and stay somewhere else!!
You'll thank me I promise.
***got a response to my e-mail from corporate. It said and I quote "local hotels resolve their own complaints ".
Sooooo basically too bad soooo sad
