The hotel is not bad, but not what the pictures show. The staff is very nice and friendly. The motel is older, and not in the best part of The Dalles. Driving into this place at night did not give a good first impression. The views from the motel are great. The rooms are clean & comfortable, but very small....

Thank you for taking time to leave a review regarding your stay. I am sorry our rooms did not meet your expectations. We do have several room sizes at our hotel, and I would encourage you to try us again. Being as we are a little of the beaten path, I do realize it can be a little off-putting at...

Stayed at the Celilo Inn for the first time several years ago after a very poor experience in the "best hotel in Hood River". Have never looked back or considered staying anywhere else when visiting the Wine Country. Really enjoy being able to park the vehicle outside my room and not fighting the crowds. My wife says the beds are...

Verging on a boutique hotel but flying under the radar due to its location. This old roadside hotel was renovated inside and out resulting in a tidy comfortable room. It has all the amenities plus a complementary glass of wine at check in and a well stocked continental breakfast in the morning featuring Stumptown Coffees. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable...

This was my second stay at the Celilo Inn and I love this place! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The panoramic views are breathtaking. The rooms have been comfy and clean. An all around excellent experience. I will be back!

We had Celilo Inn recommended by a frieind, and we were not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming and we took advantage of the coupon for The Discovery Museum-well worth a visit. We even were allowed to change the discount offer, under which we made our reservation, to take advantage of their, newer, better offer! Our one disappointment was not...

Don't let the entrance road pot holes and junky homes put you off from this delightful and unique hillside motel overlooking The Dalles dam and Columbia River. Clean, comfortable and great staff although the motel is not sparkling new. You will not be disappointed.

The Celilo Inn is a great, clean, affordable place to stay with wonderful views of the Columbia River and Dam and Mount Hood. Be sure and get a room with a river view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't let the drive up the road to the hotel turn you off (because it may); the Celilo Inn is definitely...

Celilo Inn is a true gem off the highway, overlooking the river and dam, offering such 5 star service and accommodation in the local area. I stayed here just one night (actually only about 10 hours by the time I arrived and checked out!) and it was such a welcoming environment for me, that it was just what I needed....

I stayed at this hotel because of the reviews it received on this site and I was not disappointed. I have been on the road for over two weeks now and this hotel has been the most friendly and most clean and comfortable (and I don't go cheap;). I was a little worried when the hotel drive went through what...

Nice, clean room, with a good quality breakfast. Lovely views of the river and dam from the room, even mount hood in the distance. Good for scenic route30 and vouchers for the Maryhill museum and various wineries. Well worth a stay for a couple of nights!!
