We arrived about 7:00 for an unscheduled night's stay at Celilo Inn. Victoria helped us; she was not only professional but very cordial. When I mentioned that we enjoyed the patio during a summer stop over, she said if we would like to sit out there again she would light the fire pit and serve our complimentary glass of wine...

Location, location, location....there may be other hotels in this area but for the price, I would recommend staying here. After a day of waterfalls, a room with a fabulous view of the Columbia River keeps the vacation experience going. The room is comfortable, clean and up to date. We were upgraded. We were offered a glass of wine on arrival...

I spend a week in a Deluxe King room while working in The Dalles. The room was spotless with a clean modern décor. The room had a great view of the Dalles dam and Columbia River. The staff was quick to offer up recommendations and coupons for local restaurants--every recommendation was right on. It is apparent that they are supportive...

This was our first time in The Dalles and the hotel was so lovely. It did not look like much on the outside, but the room was so beautiful. Very clean and well appointed. The Staff was very friendly and helpful and the view of the river is available from every room which is a treat!

From the front desk to the room it is extremely clean and inviting. Zaira was an enormous help when we got lost. She was patient and gave us turn by turn directions. The other staff members were polite and more than willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. They serve coffee 24/7 and have a delicious continental breakfast...

Didn't stay in the room much, other than to sleep, but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A little out of the way and in an odd spot, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Would definitely stay again!

We were welcomed by Victoria with a glass of the Inn's own wine and stories about the history of the Inn and area. Our room was well appointed, up to date, with a very comfortable bed. We had a great view of the McNary Dam located near the former site of Celilo Falls. During our leisurely breakfast we were able...

I have stayed all over the country. The Celilo Inn is amazing! It has the comfort and amenities of a big city luxury hotel while the down home friendliness of coming home. The room was clean and refreshingly inviting. The staff are friendly, helpful and feel like coming to visit your favorite family member. If you are coming for a...

In some ways The Celilo Inn is much like other roadside lodging. It has a pool and a small gym, and nice, clean rooms with all the basic features. It is even a little too close to the train and highway. But when you come in at night, tired and dusty, they shove a glass of free wine at you...

I enjoyed reading your review. How can anyone beat good toilet paper and a glass of wine? We do have great staff, and Shana is a good example. Come again soon and enjoy the warm fire, view, and some complimentary wine. Once again, Thank you.

We are budget travelers and aim for the $60-$70 hotel. This one was about $100 bucks but it was worth the extra money. Clerk was very amiable and upgraded us to a view room and the view was actually lovely – – expensive views of the Columbia in the Hills -- beyond quite bonnie. Room nicely appointed. With all the...

Happy to hear that you received the value to your dollars spent. Our pool is mineral water and seasonal. Maybe you could come again during it's open time and enjoy a relaxing day by the pool. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
