The hotel room was not clean. The toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned in many visits. The sheets were not quite white anymore and thin because they were so old. The pillows were lumpy and when I looked at them closely they were yellowish brown and...More
Expensive for what you get which is poor location, dirty and dark, noisy - requires gutting and complete upgrade like about 50% of US motels we visited. Front desk staff welcoming & polite as were housekeepers - you can tell a poor hotel by taking...More
In town for business which fell on my birthday, my husband joined me to take me out. We checked in around 5pm 9/13/16 and checked out at 7:15am 9/14/16.
Shortly after check-in we left the room (#315) for dinner around 6:45pm and returned around 9:50pm....More
I was simply looking for a clean, well-lighted place. Not here. I'm fairly certain the sheets hadn't been changed in 5-6 days. The person behind the desk was in quite the "I'm gonna tell you what to do mood", which I think was permanent. Find...More
Very old and poorly maintained, but was clean. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires and chirped off and on all night. I assumed the battery was dead. Key card did not work. Toilet ran water when flushed. Noisy. I got...More

We do not have shuttle. We are directly across the street from the Parkrose/Sumner Transit Center which is a part of Portland's Mass Transit System called Trimet. The Lite Rail is called the MAX. The first train leaves our stop at 4:34 in the morning and arrives at baggage claim at 4:45 am. It runs approximately every 15 to 20 minutes. The last train leaves the airport at 11:49 and arrives at our stop at about midnight. The hotel front desk has schedules for the train or you can google trimet to check out all the places the Max light rail goes. The cost is $2.50 for a 2 hour ticket and $5.00 for an all day pass.
