Worst place ever turn back and never look Back! Choose where you want to get mugged here! Whether it be in the parking lot with homeless people staring you down. Or in your room that is already broken into !! So easy and simple !!!

I booked this through priceline express deal. This place is so unsafe, they do not let you in the lobby. I was giving a key and walked into the room - see pics. No breakfast - the manager laughed and said the owners don't provide breakfast and he gets all the complaints. VERY SKETCHY area with drug deals going down the few minutes we were there. I tried to cancel with priceline - they would not help- I tried to cancel with hotel, he would not help - such a scam and waste of money, but I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We left

The front of the motel, from the street seemed okay. The check in was outside, because you’re not allowed in the lobby. After checking in, we went around the corner, and saw meth addict, after meth addict. Zero parking in the parking lot. Cars were double parked. Everyone was awake at almost midnight, and it looked like they were all waiting for a fresh shipment of heroine. We drove to the back of the parking lot, and then headed out, but not before letting them know that we weren’t going to stay. Legitimately felt fearful for our safety, and I keep a pistol on me. They should not advertise as a motel, or hotel. It’s a drug house. Thank goodness that the voters of Portland, voted to decriminalize drugs. Looks like it’s working out well.

Without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Druggies everywhere, trash and cigarette butts along with a few needles. This place should be shut down. The room was totally beat up and door didn't lock. I left within a hour of staying I was going to use the shower but mold and there was a drug needle in the bathroom. Avoid this place!

It’s unsafe. Your safety and health are in jeopardy. I was on the property an hour before I left to go sleep in my car somewhere else. The whole experience was a nightmare and you will not get a refund for your stay. The hotel Does not approve refunds and I booked through Expedia and I am currently waiting to find out if their health and safety team will review my report and refund me. I was sexually harassed, strangers entered my room because the doors don’t lock, dogs are everywhere, I was afraid my car would get broken into. Do not stay here. Shut this business down. The front desk clerk AJay lied, and his cousin (who owns the place) does not do any upkeep. It is filthy, blood on the walls, stains on the carpet, bed bugs, used and unclean rooms and bathrooms. It’s a nightmare. Just go sleep in your car at the LOVES truck stop in Troutdale, so much safer, quieter, cleaner- and it’s by a park.

This was my first stay at the Evergreen and will be my last. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. While check-in was easy, the rest of the hotel is a dump. Everything is outdated. Clientelle and bums were in and out of the hotel all night. My phone rang three times and the door was knocked on twice around three or four am. Turned out to be a meth-head looking for a score. I've got nothing good to say. It was cheap and near the airport though.

This is decent for the price. The beds are comfy. Unfortunately the housekeepers will knock on your room door at 10am, that's 1 hour before check out and if you don't respond, they literally will try to walk into your room They should be a little more considerate that some guests may be trying to get those last minutes of sleep. Also other guests slamming doors in the middle of the night should Not be tolerated. Suggestion to future guests, Bring Ear plugs!

The building was old but had some updates. We didn't receive pillow cases until the day before we left. Spent 5 nights here. The beds were never made each day, but after about the third day they did come in and empty the trash and leave clean towels. The price was right BUT not that was about all

My family and I have stayed here more than dozen times. My sons father and I enjoy the coffee which originally was made available 24hrs a day. It is 6am I nicely requested a pot to be made. Claiming I need d to "start" my day. The front desk guy newer guy, said he would start one in about ten minutes. Lies...first he pretended he was busy online...then screwed around with junk in the drawers then came out to the empty pots as if to suggest he was going to start a few fresh ones. Then he walks away from the empty pots and processed to start munching on snacks behind the computer again. Wow! Talk about a power tripper. Nothing grinds my gears like someone dangling coffee above my head. This is just one most recent example. Many others have occured in our short three day 2 night stay. I will not be silent any longer.

This place smells!Would honestly have preferred sleeping in my car. The hallway and room smells. There's alot of things that are stained or dirty, even the bed skirt. I'm going to stop right there...save your money.
