My husband and I stayed here on the final leg of our West coast vacation. Wow, what a place, I was ready to move in!! The innkeepers were beyond lovely and the breakfasts? Enough can't be said about the delicious breakfasts. I appreicated the attention to providing local and organic ingredients as well as catering to people with food allergies....

Easy street parking, reasonable rates, impeccably renovated, cleanly decorated, perfectly maintained, quiet, comfortable, great breakfasts, and plenty of great restaurants, food trucks, patisseries, and coffee within a 10 minute walk in various directions. Why can't b&b's...

I slept as well as I do at home - amazingly comfortable bedding, quiet, perfect temperatures day and night. Breakfasts were so delicious - wholesome foods, prepared as well as any gourmet restaurant! Jason and Ann were very friendly and...

Ann & Jason were terrific hosts, the food was as interesting as it was good, the bed was a comfortable as any I've slept in, and the general atmosphere was relaxed, friendly and cozy. I highly recommend bed-and-breakfasts, in general, and Clinton Street Guesthouse, in particular!
