There are room choices for a disability friendly stay. We appreciated the roll in shower with 2 bed option. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location was easy to get to with many food choices in the area. Free parking was greatly appreciated.
I've stayed at the Portland Silver Cloud may times. It is a super location one block from 23rd, which has lots of restaurants and other activities. There is also an excellent neighborhood market for any food or supplies you might need for your room. The hotel has a good restaurant and bar in the lobby too.
This hotel is clean, efficient, comfortable and friendly. All staff greeted with a smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds did not give either of us a sore back, which is rare. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.
This is my second time staying here this year and I’m even more impressed! The beds are so darn comfortable that you don’t want to get out of them. Soft, fluffy towels welcome your skin after a hot shower. The layout of the room provide for great space and the amenities do not disappoint. Friendly, accommodating staff and holiday decor invited us in upon arrival. The perfect end to a busy day was taking a delicious glass of Pinot noir back up to my room from the small, hip bar off the lobby. This will be my go to hotel!
It was good. comfy bed. close to hospital where I had surgery earlier in the day and needed to return to the next morning. Could hear all the foot traffic in hallway and nearby rooms when they were using the shower or fan in bathroom.
Really loved the hotel, the service and the people. Centrally located and easy to get to everywhere. Great customer service. The room was very quiet and we slept very soundly. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The front desk is excellent. Enjoy a drink before you retire at Urban Steel restaurant, the mixologist is super. Easy location to upscale eateries, all within walking distance
Hotel lobby looks great, but rooms are very run down and out dated. 1st room I was assigned had a foul odor of old cigarettes and mildew (funny because it's supposedly a non-smoking hotel). The front desk staff kindly switched me to another room without such an odor. I just needed to stay the night before flying out early the next morning, so everything was functional and served its purpose, but I likely would not stay here again in the future unless I was out of other options. Even in the 2nd room, we were afraid to touch things because we were unsure of cleanliness. Comfort of the room: 2.5/5. FYI - I had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express across the street earlier in the week - great amenities, great complementary breakfast, and very friendly staff.
Do not hesitate to stay here! It’s clean and really comfortable and the location is perfect for getting around cool parts of Portland. Not to mention the staff are so nice and helpful. Can’t wait to stay here in the future!
This hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. The location is possibly one of the best locations in Portland, very close bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. We brought our bicycles and traveled around the city. It was wonderful.
