Very nice people, cool hotel, but no sound proofing and no ventilation made it impossible to sleep in a hotel right next to a freeway off ramp. Also the smoke from the weed next door came into our room. We love PDX, but really people?

Yes,there is a concierge. I would not be able to answer the next question. Yes, there is parking at the hotel and there is no extra charge. Yes, you do need to use room key to use the elevator. I saw that as for safety reasons.

Yes - and just about everything in the bedroom costs extra, and you have to pay for parking. I was never sure what amenity I actually paid extra for since I had to pay for everything else too.
