The hotel is new and stunning, but the kinks have yet to be worked out. The hotel is located close to many attractions. Our view was of Denny's; however. The other end has a view of Motel 6. At about 3 am each morning you will be awakened by garbage trucks. The hotel might consider noise blocking window coverings. If...

Dear Ms. Lori A, Thank you for the review on your recent stay at Hotel Eastlund. On your next stay, I would recommend reserving one of our downtown facing rooms as these are located on the interior side of the hotel and help eliminate any urban street noise. When available, our staff is always more than willing to complimentary upgrade...

We stayed at Hotel Eastlund by luck as a travel website booked us at the undisclosed hotel. I was fairly excited to stay at this sleek looking hotel which I have never even known about previously. Because our stay in Portland was for the local wedding reception we were having after just getting married in Tulum, I thought I'd ask...

I stayed at this hotel on Thanksgiving night. Probably one of the slowest days of the year for a hotel. So my experience may not be typical. First, I paid just south of $175,including tax and parking for 1 night. When I checked in, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a room with a nicer view. Reading...

Hotel is a wonderful new addition to the area. Very Modern in every detail, with great café in lobby area and a nice rooftop restaurant open late. Food at both was great! Staff is extremely friendly. We are a Family of 3 and we all enjoyed our stay; only unexpected charge was Valet Parking daily fee; I wish they gave...

We have been going up to Portland for 12+ years and usually stay with friends. The last 2 trips we stayed in hotels. One before downtown (it shall not be named), modern/comfort FAIL. We gave Hotel Eastlund a try and we may never go back to staying with friends again (shhh!). Love the driveway up (covered for rainy days, so...

Took a bread box hotel chain and added great color with modern artistic decor. Great colors. Very comfortable decent size rooms and nice but small bathroom. New place so seems like they still working the bugs out. One elevator was not working but they had a tech working on it within an hour and another elevator around the corner. They...

Urban style, clean, easy to get in and out of, staff was awesome (24/7), quiet and priced very fair! Lot's of perks, wifi, privacy, gym, food, security, location and very clean and together!...

My wife and I spent the night at Hotel Eastlund after an event in downtown Portland, to make a "staycation" out of the evening. We were "wowed" by every detail the second we walked in the door. The front desk staff was friendly, prompt, and thorough in providing us with the lay of the land. Between their graciousness and the...

This hotel is located very conveniently to all major destinations, not to mention across the street from Starbucks! The staff was so professional but warm. I really felt like an honored guest, but like I was staying in a family members home. The staff was attentive, but not cloyingly so. The room was very comfortable, I slept like a baby!...

Hotel Eastlund. I stayed at the hotel for two days last week. I'm not likely to stay there again. Problems started with valet parking. The guy was pushy under the guise of being super friendly. He wanted me to get all my luggage out before I checked in and was basically rushing me. I usually go in, check in, then...
