I can be hard to please but this hotel pleased me over and over. The staff was great. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had. The location was great. The room was pretty and clean. The workout room was light and airyl. I learned a lesson at this Marriott. I repeatedly saw hotel guests making fairly...

We had a very nice room at the Marriott. It's a clean and nice hotel with a really great location. However, no one cleaned our room even though we were completely gone from the room from 9:30 AM-5:30 PM. What's most frustrating is that when we went to talk to the front desk about this they didn't seem too concerned...

Dear Valued guest, Thank you for taking time out of your day to review your recent stay with us. We are disheartened to here that an otherwise great stay was tainted by the shortcomings from our housekeeping team. This valued feedback has been shared with our housekeeping supervisor to ensure this was an isolated issue moving forward. If your travels...

Great downtown location! Our room was uber spacious!!!! One hardly sees a nice wide hallway included in the room anymore. A full length mirror in the hallway. There was plenty of space between our two beds to the flat screen TV. I loved the HUGE window in our room which overlooked downtown. We stayed at both Portland Marriott City Center...

We spent one night at the Marriott City Center. We were very disappointed. I mistakenly thought that I had booked the MARRIOTT Waterfront. We went there first and found out that we were at the wrong location. We checked into the Marriott City Center. I am at the Platinum level and they indicated that we had an upgraded room. If...

. . .you had better turn off the air conditioning. I ask you, why would the architect put the air conditioning vent above the bed with the louvres directing air to the pillows. We didn't sleep well the first night. The second night we thought, we are in Portland, surely we don't need air conditioning at night. We turned it...

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and clean clean clean! This location was convenient to shops, bars and restaurants. Parking was a bit steep, but the door and bell men were very attentive. We would stay here again when traveling to the area.

We were able to get a good rate for this hotel so it was totally worth staying at this great hotel. Good coffee available at the room, with free wifi, 2 large beds that can fit 4. Easy check in and check out. Love the zesty cold water available at the lobby. The place is located near the shopping places,...

in my opinion, this hotel is in the heart of portland. it is within walking distance to almost anything you may want to do in portland. the entrance to the hotel is on broadway so you won't be accosted by the homeless and their smells unless you venture off onto a side street. the hotel does a great job of...

The Marriott is about 2 minutes walk from the Max line and lots of shopping and restaurant around. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good too! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. My room was a corner room on the 11th floor with great views, and it was very quiet.

This hotel has been a nightmare. Mixed up our reservation and tried to give us an inferior room (thankfully I had the documentation needed to get what I was promised), loud hallways (heard banging doors all night), the remote for TV did not work, a very slippery bathtub (no mat), paper coffee cups only ($400 a night???), and have been...
