There was no mat to place in the tub. Although I was being careful I slipped and fell injuring my left arm. I got no sleep at all. Reported the incident at the desk in the morning and asked to fill out a report. The fellow said to call the Mgr Monday morning. I tried to get his name and...

I lived in Ashland about 6 months ago and am back to get the stuff from my storage unit and needed a place to stay for the night. My license still is for Ashland Oregon although I do not have a home there and live on the east coast now. I reserved my room online- walked into the hotel to...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your...

After our detour to visit Crater Lake, headed down to Medford for night on way to Sacramento tomorrow. Stopped here as it used to be a Super 8 (try to stick to Wyndham for the points & free night after 20 nights), only to find it's now an America's Best Inn. More expensive than we usually pay & getting late,...

We stayed for one night, on our way back home from Sacramento. The pull through sites are paved, clean & long enough to accommodate our 29 foot travel trailer & our XL Yukon without unhooking it, with room to spare. I love that there were dividers built around each sewer area. Hot tub was wonderful - clean showers! Awesome!

I have stayed at the Pear Tree hotel several times but this had to be the best. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. I rally like the pull up parking in front of the room making it easy to unload and reload your car. The bed was king size and extremely comfortable. The amount of stations...

Location is good, right off I-5. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable beds, small fridge and microwave, coffee maker, and nice TV. We were kept up by the upstairs room resident walking around between 1:30 - 3:00 AM, you can hear every step from the room below (our room) and a toilet that kept randomly re-filling....

Stayed one night in the adjacent RV park and was unimpressed. Even with my AARP card I was charged $48 for the night. It's a small RV park with full hook-up, WiFi and cable TV. However, the laundry room was poorly lighted and while it appeared that all washers worked only one of their four dryers was usable. A sign...

I stopped at the America's Best in Phoenix, OR. The desk clerk was so rude to me, I turned around and left. Plus, he did not appear to understand what I was asking him and had a young child who kept telling him what I was saying. If he is to work in a service profession, perhaps he should work...

Stayed here for while traveling for work. Rooms are spacious, staff was friendly. Amenities are lacking however. Internet was extremely low quality and impossible to maintain a stable connection. Water pressure was non existent. Soap/shampoo was literally third world quality. There are better places to stay in the same price range

Can't say enough good things about it. I stay every time I make a trip up or down coast, and incredible deep fried in corn batter fish plate next door at Iron Skillet with salad bar included. All amenities in room. Back, side is quietest. Luxury rooms for deal breaker last minute stay prices. Continental breakfast included. Frig in room....
