The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cool on the very hot day. The breakfast was great and different from muffins and toast for a change. Would highly recommend staying there!

While the staff was friendly it was very dirty. I do think the property owner should be a bit embarrassed as clearly their property is not being kept up. Our room was not clean when we arrived, the front desk person had to clean our room when we checked in. But it appeared just changed sheets and garbage. I scrubbed urine off the toilet just to use the restroom. We bought cleaning supplies the next day and scrubbed the tub so I could shower. Nothing has been dusted in a while. Window sill full of dead bugs. Greasy hand prints on light switches and AC. I bleached every surface myself and did it again as we checked out. I know they were short staffed but it’s been some time since their rooms had a deep clean. Carpet worn holes as well. For $145 for two Queen suite and we did our own cleaning. Pool had tools strewn around it the first night, hot tub shut down. I would just not go. I’m no clean freak, but don’t go here.

We went to this motel for a motorcycle so we paid more than usual. What a filthy dump!! There is a Motel 6, Best Western and Holiday Inn, please book those!! No refrigerator as stated, {apparently on order, ya.....Lowes has so many they sell them, maybe they should do that....maintenance guy not answering the phone, sweet...no clock, no coffee maker. Had to ask for a shower curtain..{maybe a checklist} The toilet handle fell off, it was not stocked with toilet paper, had to get more towels, no maid service. The box spring had huge stains, if you have old nasty box springs maybe get some bedskirts. Bedspread, sheets stained. Windows had no screens, 2nd story, probably safety violation. Windows in lobby so dirty, even the girls at the front desk should be able to clean those if the maids are busy, which i didnt see anyone clean anything. The girls at the front desk were nice and they dont get paid enough to take the heat from customers who are upset with the deplorable conditions of this motel. Owners step up and deal...Just because you dont pay as much as more expensive motels doesnt mean the place cant be clean. This place is owned by Wyndham which seem to have nice places to stay, but this is beyond gross. Dont expect to get any compensation, they will blame it on online booking, then priceline will deny responsibility as well so all you can expect is the runaround. Never again for Super {disgusting } 8 or{ Ill happily take your money to rent you any dump} Priceline......cant afford another motel? Would be cleaner to camp out..

You get what you pay for. Checked in at 8:15pm, room wasn’t ready sheets were still being washed. No other clean bedding, bathtub had not been cleaned even rinsed out, no replacement TP (. I understand help is hard to find and maybe people steal TP.. I dint know) floor had not been vacuumed in room or anywhere in the hotel for probably over a week or more. The lady checking us in was very helpful, kind, and apologetic. Breakfast was easy and glad to have it.

0 star review! The evening hostess was as helpful as she could be. However, we had several major issues during out stay. I called directly to the hotel several months in advance to make the reservation and make sure that we would have a small refrigerator in our room and that the they had a pool that was working. Upon arrival we find out that the pool was closed/broken while they waited for new parts to come in. They did adjust our room price slightly and we used that money to hit the local town swimming pool. Upon returning from swimming we find out that the small fridge is not working in our room. By the time we noticed that, it was too late to switch to a different room because they were fully booked for the night. Just before bed time a fast moving storm slammed into town. after about 2-3 min we had water pouring into our room from the top of the window frame. The storm only last about 8-10 min but we almost filled up a couple coffee cups durning that time. When ran to the front desk to let them know they just said, "Yeah they do that sometimes (pointing to the lobby window that was also leaking). I can try and find you some more towels..." To top it off the breakfast we sub par and not what was advertised or explained on my initial reservation call. We will stay in a different hotel, or a different city next time for sure!

We were in town for a 3 day music festival. Hotel accommodations in Pendleton booked up quickly so we ended up here. The rooms were dingy, there was hair in the bathroom and fridge from previous occupants, the sheet’s cleanliness were highly questionable. The security door on one end of the hotel would not work with our keycard and ended up getting propped open a lot by other guests. This was not a great motel experience. However, I will say the staff was very nice and helpful. Book at your own risk.

The room wasn't clean, the only light in the room was a broken task lamp and a desk lamp. The bathroom sink was clogged and there is no maintenance staff that works the weekends. The pool was closed. There is no hot tub. The staff wore street clothes like cut off jean shorts.

When we arrive, we had no TV! They said the wind must have blown the dish off signal, I did not notice any high winds. Then the power went out, but they did have a backup generator, for heat only! No lights! Power did come on in the middle of the night, great! Then in the morning, No hot water! When I discussed all the issues with the front desk they said it was a act of God and I agreed but mentioned that their generator was inadequate and only hooked to heat and not lights and their response was they did not have a generator! Wow I must be stupid to think that when power is out it all doesn't go out! I did mention maybe a slight discount might be in order and they said owner said no! Not even any sort of apology for all of the inconvenience. I highly doubt I will ever stay there again!
