We had two condos here for New Year's 2017, a three bedroom and a two bedroom. We absolutely loved the gorgeous views, the high end appliances and electronics, the spotless clean appearance, the fireplace, and the customer service from the ladies at the front desk at the Inn. The kitchen is very well equipped, and each unit has a reserved...

Cape Kiwanda is probably my favorite place on the coast and I've been staying at the Inn which is great but since I had family coming we rented the cottage. Which is more condominium style. That place is spectacular. Just keep in mind that you're staying in a little fishing village and getting 5 star service. Views are amazing. Right...

We rented a large three bedroom with a patio...and Wow!! Excellent design makes it seem very private. The views of the haystack rock is simply phenomenal and the dunes at cape Kiwanda state park will keep us coming back. I have never seen such a perfectly equipped rental. Having worked as a chef eons ago, I can say, without reaervation...

Imagine waking up to the beautiful Pacific Ocean at your feet. Miles of sandy beach to walk, dory fishing boats going out every morning at daybreak and bringing back fabulous fresh fish and crab. Units here are very upscale, beautifully decorated with first class amenities. Heated bathroom floors, Jacuzzi tubs in the master bedrooms, floor to ceiling windows, washer and...

My wife and I stayed in a lower level beach front 2 bedroom condominium. If you go, that is the only way to go. The experience would not have been the same if we had stayed on the upper level. The room was great and the view was absolutely remarkable. There was an outdoor patio with a little grill that...

For almost $900 a night, you would think that housekeeping would be included...but it is not, and nobody told us....and the "concierge" is not really a service....when we asked for crabbing and clamming recommendations we were given a card to call, and the same for dinner...not like a true concierge that books appointments, and they were unavailable by phone several...

I would recommend this place to everyone. It's front and center to all activity on the beach. Watch the Dory's going out and coming back in, watch the surfer's, watch hundreds of people climb the highest sand dune on the Oregon Coast. Walk to restaurants, shops, stores, cafe's. Lots of things to do. Can't wait to go back.

Michael and I want to spend our 30th wedding anniversary at the Cape. We usually stay in the Inn, as there are just two of us, but for this special occasion we were wondering if there is a Cottage that is easy access for me, as I am partiaily disabled and have problems with stairs. I need a walk in shower, if available. We would like a queen size bedroom, and are wondering if there is easy access to the beach, and if we could get a meal catered in for the Anniversary night. We usually take all meals at the Pelican, but now that they have moved the main gourmet restaurant to Tillamook, it would be nice to have a really great dinner on the deck or in the Cottage. We have spent many important events at Cape Kiwanda, and feel like it is "coming home" when we get to stay there for a few days. I am going to try to look at the various cottages available in Mid March. I know you hear this all the time, but Cape Kiwanda and the staff at the Inn, the Pelican, and all the nice folks in Pacific City have made us feel welcome and so contented and spoilt, we decided to come there for this big Anniversary rather than taking a fancy cruise or traveling to Mexico or the Caribbean. I know I am asking too many questions, but will so appreciate any information you can provide. I intend to make this stay into a short story to be published online with some of my author friends to critique, so it is important I get it all sorted out well in advance as it will be a very special stay. Thank you for all the wonderful stays we have had there in the past, and my gratitude to the Staff at the Inn who made my 70th birthday in early September this year so wonderful!
