    Recently (Oct 2012) stayed here with my wife and dog. The back door opens onto the dunes, and a fairly private stretch of beach.     We stayed 5 days and had a beautiful beach essentially to ourselves. The prior reported bed-bug issue was no longer a problem. The home was clean and tidy and not so fussy that I felt uncomfortable having our dogs with us. Fantastic views. I plan to stay again.

    Pacific City, Oregon is a very charming coastal city in Oregon but our stay at the Sol Luna Oceanfront Home was less than great. We discovered bedbugs the first night.
