The check in process was great. The room was very nice and extremely clean. I first came to the Embarcadero in the mid eighties and it just keeps getting better. Private crab dock makes crabbing easy.

Nice and clean place, my kids loved it! They were asking if we could move there! Not your regular hotel, it’s like an apartment. Beautiful view and nice people at the office! I will definitely come stay here next time I’m in the area! And do recommend this place. My family loved it.

Waldport High School held their prom here! This is the second year in a row that we used this venue! We had an amazing time and we were so well taken care of! Everyone did their best to make sure we had everything we needed, that the room was clean, and that we had a wonderful time. Super accommodating, super kind, and an amazing place!

It was cool and all, But there was these big ants and spiders but the room was cool and fun we saw alot of stuff. If i was the place i would clean the rooms out for the bug and stuff they were huge and big with looking like a ant they were cursed sneaking into my sisters goldfish and more anyways it was really good just exterminate the bugs

My husband and I stayed here Newport, Oregon on April 2023 for our 40 Anniversary.we stayed 2 days in the most beautiful breathtaking room with a romantic view of the boat's. The front desk Christine checked us in , she was super nice we really liked her Alot. she made our check in so welcoming,we appreciate that. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.. I literally had to see the brand so when it was time to purchase our next mattress it will be that one.we Took a night swim in the saltwater pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Couldn't go crabbing it poured down rain. But Instead we went to the wax museum had our hands done. Overall we had a very relaxing anniversary experience and did something different that we haven't been. I would definitely recommend this resort. it's close to everything Restaurants ,Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wax museum,Etc .I give this resort 10+ ⭐ thank you for having us. ❤️😀 …

Four of us spent three nights in a split two bedroom unit. Both have there own entrance but there is a door that can be opened joining the two from the inside. Main room has a sitting area, kitchen, bath and queen bedroom. There was no dinning table as these are individual owned. The staff did bring a folding table with chairs upon request. Upstairs had a bath, pull down queen bed, sitting area and mini fridge with coffee pot. Both units had there own walk out patio decks with chairs for sitting. There is a nice indoor pool, two jacuzzi tubs, shower room. There is also a small but adequate weight room. They have a crab cooking area with private dock to fish or crab from. We managed to get four legal dungeness crab in four days. There are more red rock crab then I have ever seen here but they are on the small side. If you like your crab cleaned before cooking make sure you check the water in the cooker before using because it seems most do not care about the water and it looks like split pea soup. And bring your own salt/ seasoning for the water. Just my opinion but all crab should be cleaned prior to cooking otherwise your cooking any toxins into the meat and it is also recommended by fish and game. As for the on site restaurant and lounge. They are closed. They are missing out on the business that this would generate and the income loss. It's too bad because they are both nice facilities not being utilized. The hotel staff are polite and accommodating but the room cleaning leaves something to be desired for the price you pay. …

This is a lovely gem on the coast of Newport and we are so happy we found it. The view of the harbor was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and walks along the harbor were so relaxing. We love how close it is to town and so many good places to eat. The staff recommended Local Ocean for seafood - it was wonderful! We will definitely return.

A must see! Beautiful resort in Newport Oregon. I couldn't ask for better customer service, so friendly and attentive to anything needed and wanted. The room design is perfect, and so clean! The crabbing, swimming & Hot tub was so enjoyable! Their Local restaurants are amazing aswell!

We were delighted to be back at the Embarcadero. The views from every unit we've stayed in are spectacular! The staff was great, the unit was delightfully decorated. So much so, that now I'm ready to redecorate our bedroom with a similar theme! Since we're not as young as when we first stayed here, many years ago, we'll request a first-floor unit in the future. We enjoyed a much-needed battery recharge for our 45th wedding anniversary!
