In town to see a concert. Hotel is ok for what it is. Our air conditioner stopped working and they worked with us to move our room. Breakfast was not bad, they did have a waffle maker. Elevator was really scary. Not very big at all.

So I booked my room online double check the night before to make sure my reservation is there and it was. I reserved a one Queen room upon arrival they told me that there was not a room available in a queen so they upgraded me to a King. The front desk gal handed me the key and I was...

Spent one night here on our road trip. It was very expensive for the quality of this place. Looks like management/ownership does not want to put any money into this place and will run it until it falls apart. Very strange odor in the hallways which were dark and ran downhill like you were going into a cave. I'll pass...

If you want your car window broken 3 feet from your room and your suitcase stolen this place is for you! Should of stayed across street it was cheaper and they had security. Staff did say I could call the Medford police, really. I will never stay at this chain again.

I remember back in the late 80s and early 90s, Shilo was the trendy place to stay. I haven't stayed at one in a few years, but this one.......was still in the late 80s and early 90s. Things worked fine. Bed was fine, bathroom features worked, but it was dated. They still used an actual key to get in the...

This hotel is an older building, convenient to get on/off the freeway, and pet friendly. Room is a little cramped. Large dresser/hutch, nice furniture w/4 drawers, fridge & micro, no closet, small sink & counter, bathroom small, all is very clean, desk and table w/2 chairs. The Breakfast is a little sparse, waffles, no toast/breads, some muffins, and some of...

If there was a fixer upper show for rundown roadside motels, this place would be a prime candidate. It's the black sheep of the Shilo Inn family. Tiny room, low ceiling, stained carpet, thin walls. Door lock was not secure, big metal keys. The "breakfast" room was makeshift and univiting. Stayed two nights and no maid service, room exactly as...

Had to book this place last minute. We had reservation for another place(Rogue Valley Inn), but it was ghetto to a point wife felt unsafe. For a Shilo Inn it is dated. Have big old keys for rooms and everything is 90's looking. The beds only have 2 pillows each so we had to ask for extras and they are...

I recently stayed at this hotel and had wonderful service from all of the staff. The front desk was helpful! I stayed for 3 days and had the best service from one of te housekeepers krystal, she made sure we had everything we needed every night. Would stay here again and great location.
