The Overlook has some of the best views in Lincoln City. The rooms are clean and nicely stocked with books and activities for those rainier days! The beds are comfortable and the management is friendly and helpful. The walk to the rooms outside is a bit steep and narrow; but no problem for most people. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved it! You just cannot get a better VIEW. You just cannot get a more cozy room at the Ocean. You just cannot get a better theme room at the Ocean. You just cannot.... well you get the drift. The Goods: Comfortable and roomy. Scandinavian theme - Norway, I believe. Sink deeply into the couches, beds, chairs, etc. Watch...

We spent one night in unit #2. It was very nice and furnished in old fashioned way. The room was very big however it felt little cluttered. It would be much nicer if some of the furniture was just gone as it would feel much more roomy and comfortable. This room has a really big balcony with a table and...

My boyfriend and I love stop stay in funky, different, even kitschy places, and when looking for lodging for one night in the Lincoln City area, I saw the pics & was hooked! When we arrived, Anne The manager) and her daughter greeted us warmly, along with their pooches. It was a blustery evening with the marine layer in shrouding...

A friend recommend Overlook Motel to me when my daughter and I went to the Portland area for spring break. All rooms overlook the ocean with quick access to the beach. We loved this place. Very friendly, helpful staff that live on the premise. Will stay there again the next time we are in the area.

I like this place so much I almost don't want to review it for fear it will get popular and I won't be able to get in again so easily! GREAT place. Check in was friendly, and room was fantastic! Okay, it was old and "homey", not shiny and polished, but COME ON! You are at the beach. It was...

If you find yourself in Lincoln City Oregon or are planning a trip there, try the Overlook, especially Unit 6. This is a special place - a nod to the past sitting on a cliff way above the Glorious Pacific Ocean. The bank of windows on the West side of the unit are an invitation to spend all of your...

The view from the rooms is fantastic, overlooking the beach and ocean. You can't get much closer to the beach than this location. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. We found it to be a perfect spot to begin our vacation and unwind from work. We found the room to be very comfortable, quiet and enjoyed the kitchen for...
