The owners were nice here, but the place is in dire need of updating. Very run down and bedding and carpet was very stained. For $89 a night, I expected much more. The owner was kind to refund our money and we split and drove to a larger town.

I picked the Holiday as I was visiting a friend nearby. I considered Grants Pass but it's too far to drive back and forth. This isn't a five star hotel but makes up in comfort, peace and serenity. Check in was quick. The room is more like a small older apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen with microwave, stove, table...

Very old and rustic motel. Amenities include microwave, refrigerator and satellite TV. Room was OK, sleep comfort adequate and quiet considering to motel is on the highway. The AC unit was in the bathroom window which was a problem, could not close door for privacy. The rooms need upgrading, carpet and electrical.

The room was large, beds were comfortable, but the room was not clean. The floor was dirty and dusty. The duvet had hair on it, perhaps dog hair and we wondered if we were sleeping on fresh sheets or not. We had to run the water quite awhile to get any kind of hot water. The water pressure was very...

I booked three nights for two rooms for two people based on prior reviews. Found the rooms comfortable, clean with the sheets clean and beds comfortable. The room was a surprise with individual Keurig coffee makers in each room, a small refrigerator and a microwave. Neither of the rooms had a phone, per the manager phones had been removed from...

Use of the old-fashioned word "deluxe" suggests this is an older property, which it is, but the maintenance is excellent and we were entirely satisfied -- in fact, stayed here based on other TripAdvisor reviews. The sign near the hotel says "We care," and in fact the owners have picnic tables on the front lawn, Adirondack chairs outside the units...

This motel had comfy, clean rooms and the friendly service made us feel right at home. It's a very family oriented place, but you'll feel welcome no matter who you are.The direct tv and wifi are an excellent bonus! We've stayed at every other place in this area and this is by far the best!

Rooms were fine, but it was a rainy day and the TV transformer was emitting a high pitch squeel that only the children and my super sensitive wife could hear. Could not use a TV at all but office decided since they couldnt hear the noise nothing could be done to fix situation.. No way we would hav stayed at...

Spent 10 nights here. Clean spacious rooms with good size bath. Motel 2 miles north of Cave Junction. Great staff. Near Oregon Caves, Lake Selma Illinois River, Cat Park and much more. Open the drapes and see the forest across the road. Get up early, take a walk and see the wild life start their day.

“Room price was $75.00 per night which includes all motel taxes and fees. Road noise is a factor, rooms are cloes to Hwy 199 ( Redwood Hwy).”
