Nothing fancy, but very clean and well-equipped. Wi-fi was a bit inconsistent, so not the greatest for working, but fine for occasional use. Nice location, off the main street but a very easy walk to shops, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay there again. Reasonable price.

On a road trip through eastern Oregon, we needed a place to stay. Best Western is my go-to choice, but they only had 3 bed suites available for $140/night that night. Dreamers Lodge provided us with everything we needed: a clean, comfortable bed, a strong, hot shower and wifi. There was some noise from either in front of or behind...

Our goal was to get away from the city and we ended up in John Day, OR. I checked into the room at 4pm, the place was nice and busy. The rooms had everything I needed including a hot shower, coffee maker, and a nice TV. I'm pleased with our experience! See you guys again!

We stayed here several days over Thanksgiving 2016. We chose the suite with a kitchen. First, this motel is located off of the main drag in John Day, so it was very quiet. It is also only half a block from the main street, so it was very easy to walk to nearly everything. The proprietors were friendly and accommodating....

This is a nice clean motel close to the middle of town. The room was clean and well maintained. There is a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Check in was fast and friendly. Remember to get a second floor room or you will listen to every step the people above you take. I usually do this but got distracted...

We had 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and taken care of. The hotel grounds don't have much and with no pool and it being hot out it didn't give the kids a lot to do but for the price it was ok.

After a very hot day motorcycling from Idaho, we were thankful for a shower. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. The owner is a pleasant, friendly individual, and very accommodating. He suggested dinner at the Outpost, good pizza! We would not hesitate to stay here on a future visit to John day.

We made our reservation in advance and didn't think about requesting a first floor room at that time. The man who helped us happily switched us to a downstairs room. We went from 1 queen to 1 king at no additional cost. When we asked about a place close by to eat, the man directed us to a restaurant basically...
