The Columbia Gorge Hotel & Spa featuring Rick! From the moment we walked in the antique, chicken wire reinforced double doors, we were transported back to the 20's with the friendly and dressed to the nines bellman Rick! It didn't matter what happened from that point on. Rick made us feel so comfortable and at home that the amazing 7...

Great little historical hotel with a wonderful bar. Will stay again. Nice view attentive staff. Nice room. Plenty parking. Easy to get to right off the freeway but quite. We did not have a dog but others did so it's pet friendly.

I booked a night at this hotel as a splurge (over $140) for our trip out to the coast. However, I made a mistake and booked the wrong day. I didn't realize the mistake until the booked day had passed, but I hoped that since it was for a Thursday and not right before a holiday weekend, it wouldn't have...

We had a nice corner room with a view of the falls and the river. Room was a nice size for an overnight stay but if we were to stay longer I would like to have a dresser to unpack a little. We didn't walk the grounds much as there was still snow on the ground from record snowfalls a...

Lovely riverside view room, and the Romance package was so special! Great breakfast and personable staff, and such a sense of history to the building and grounds! First time for a winter visit, and enjoyed the quiet and snow-covered hills.

The location of the hotel and grounds are nothing less than amazing!! Although I had a confirmed reservation as of the morning of our early evening arrival, just before arrival we were informed -- via email -- that they couldn't accommodate us -- the hotel was full!! They did help us find an alternative for the night; nothing on the...

Many happy memories in this wonderful hotel! Its always a pleasure to return and find it still there, still creating warm, memorable getaways, still so alluring with its invitation to reminisce on the past; and reflect peacefully in the beauty of nature while enjoying the present and anticipating the future. A rich, pleasant experience, always.

Beautiful corner room overlooking the bridge over the top of the overflowing stream. Wispy fog hung over the river. The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed a great prime rib meal in the old fashioned dining room.

The stay was very nice. The room we stayed in was very gorgeous. The staff checking us in and out went out of their way to assist us. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was very delicious. I wish we would have had time to explore the exterior grounds.

The room was on the third floor, very nicely appointed and although some of the furniture looked worn it was reminiscent of another era - everything was spotless and we had a wonderful view of the Columbia River. I can understand why the hotel was built on this location. The staff was wonderful, particularly the elevator operator who was dressed...
