The bed was hard and the pillows were ok. But we only stayed there for 2 night so it wasn't that bad. We are cheap travelers so we have definitely seen worse! There was a great doughnut shop near by that was good.

Yes, I believe the entire hotel is no smoking. If I remember correctly, guests are asked to smoke in a designated area on one corner of the property. I think there are also rooms that are pet-free, hopefully meaning they are never rented to anyone with a pet. When we stayed, our room was immaculate. Old hotel, but very clean and the family has pride in what they do.
