We had just left a state park which was as far from peaceful as you can get. This place just felt private with the large shrubs separating each site. It was so quiet we slept so well. Full hookups with Wifi and cable. Nice to have the little market for ice cream. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights in this very nice park with private sites, Sani dump available within the park. Pull through sites available. Washrooms/showers on site. Staff very friendly and informative. About 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the wonderful sunsets. Store has what you need in a pinch and is well stocked.

Stayed here for two nights. Nice, clean and quiet park. The store has a wide variety of items. Would recommend this park. Price was fair. Near the beach. Restrooms were very clean. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a quiet, clean campground. It is nice to have the small store for items that might have been forgotten. We stayed for 10 days and liked having a place to wash clothes. You can hear the waves from the campground, but need to walk .2 of a mile to get to the beach. It's...

We have been staying at this rv park for about 15 Years. It is one of our favorite places to stay on the Oregon coast. Daniel and Cheryl have always treated us as if we are family. My son and his family stay there every weekend during the summer months. The park sites are private, separated by Oregon coastal pines...

Really enjoyed spending 5 days at the RV park, all of the spots are very private with lots of trees and shrubbery. We camp in a vintage trailer so am always impressed when the bathhouse is clean and nice and this one was definitely nice and clean. 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to great restaurant. Definitely...

We like this campground. Stayed here three years ago and enjoyed it, nice to land here again on our travels. Big bushes between each site allow for privacy, and I like that. It is very cold and windy here, the campground provides some wind blockage. I'm not sure if we heard the wind all night or maybe the ocean but...

Pretty packed in, bathrooms limited, (only two stalls in Men's room). Staff was nice, just not very inviting to stroll around or even cook out side. the privacy hedges were at best, barely there. The 'Pub' nearby, is a bar, no kids allowed, and is inhabited by local drinkers. Not necessarily bad, but not inviting to us. Everything worked though,...

Nice rv park with very few amenities. Quiet nights, fire rings, nice hedges between sights. Easy check-in and very nice management. Cute little bar and grill within walking distance. Mini mart in the rv office has almost everything you'd need. Overall it's a no frills easy in place with easy hook-ups and only three blocks to the beach!

I have been camping at Heceta Beach RV Park in a 24' Class C motorhome for five years or more. While posting another RV I came across the Heceta RV Park reviews. It surprised me to read some of the reviews. The concerns about the traffic on the road to the beach are understandable. But there is a great solution....

Thank you Shirley for your detailed and extensive review. I am glad that you were able to give a positive, factual response to many peoples concerns. It's viewers like you that are priceless when you take the time to say something positive. Not all of us do that during our travels. We appreciate both of you. Many safe travels, Sheryll
