This one is worthy of the price of admission. It was very clean. Has hard wood floors and the bed was comfy. The girl at the desk was very friendly. The location is in the old part of town. There are several restruants nearby. Within easy walking distance. This is an old motel that has been well cared for. I...

A great stay for a girls weekend getaway. The room was comfortable, clean and convenient. The location is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and the Saturday Market. Our stay was less expensive than other Eugene motels as well, I would highly recommend this property...

Very nice older place in downtown Eugene. Close to U of O and many activities. Clean and nicely refurbished. Would rate 4+. A bit noisy due to busy streets. Pleasant staff. Good value. Beautiful flowers.

The room was large and comfortable and included a fridge and microwave. It was a ground floor room and that made me nervous. The area didn't seem very safe but fortunately, we had no issues. (I was worried that someone might break into my car as we were on the back side of the building.) Front desk service was very...

This motel is on the edge of the downtown area, so a little quieter than other locations in this area. It was priced at $100 a night and I felt it was worth it. My daughter and I were here for one night to visit the University of Oregon (which was great). Though it is a small motel, it shows...

Eleventh night on our cross-country with our dog. Very nice motel with very nice rooms (wooden ceiling with beams, wooden floors - very comfy and cozy). Very good refrigerator, but did not have a freezer (in case that matters to you). Well kept gardens and real muffins for breakfast (not those nasty little prepackaged things normally served). Only complaint was...

5 stars is a relative rating....given we paid slightly more than $100 for a large & spacious room - obviously recently and tastefully remodeled - with a modern and spacious bathroom, a very comfortable king size bed, and a quick and courteous check-in - this is well deserving of 5 stars. On an absolute basis it's 4-stars...the continental breakfast was...

I loved everything about my stay here! The rooms have been completely remodeled with elegant touches throughout. In other words, it felt fancy. Beautiful wood laminate flooring, tile backsplash in the bathroom and shower, super comfy beds and quality linens, first rate a/c that's as quiet as an a/c can be, cute furniture, and great location. In the morning there...

This motel is close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, U of Oregon, and the Saturday Farmers Market. The rooms have been recently redone and are cute, cute, cute with period details such as an old rotary dial phone, antique fixtures, and a gorgeous hardwood floor. Nice wide screen TV, microwave, and mini frig. Bathroom has rain shower sprayer as well...
