Reasonable priced, great location, large suites with separate sitting area. We didn't get the regular breakfast due to Covid 19 regulations. They did pack a small breakfast bag with roll, granola bar and fruit. I would stay there again when visiting family but after Covid19 has passed. It will be a real bargain when you get the breakfast buffet. A few chips here and there and the carpet needed cleaning other than that it was perfect. The hotel is close to the freeway but it was very quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice to have a coffee pod, small refrigerator and microwave.

Beautiful room- very fluffy pillows and nice duvet. Breakfast was great, crispy bacon, excellent hostess who actually went into the kitchen and cooked bacon for me on my last day when I had asked if there “would be any bacon today?” I think her name was sherry? Older woman very personable, joking with the guy who got his biscuit stuck in the toaster and thought he was in trouble for doing so! Paul and both women receptionists very friendly and helpful. Laundry room for guests use very reasonable/convent hours for access. Really appreciated the bacon!🤤

While visiting Eugene I had to have major emergency surgery. We had to stay in a hotel the night before & wanted to stay at the Comfort Inn by the hospital BUT my husband mistakenly hit the wrong button & booked this one accidentally. He immediately called Booking.com & they said since he called within minutes it should be no problem for the manager of this Comfort Inn to refund our booking so we could re-book at the hospital Comfort Inn-NOT! When he called this hotel he was told the reservation had not even appeared yet on their computer and Cheryl still refused to refund us! Is this how Comfort Inn treats people going thru such an ordeal as major surgery while away from their own hometown? Despicable! Afterwards we stayed at the Comfort Inn in Springfield (our original choice) & found it delightful, lovely front desk greeters & a yummy hot breakfast-unlike the bag breakfast Cheryl serves her guests. Stay in Springfield it's not that far & a WAY better experience!

I am very sorry to see this. I believe the misunderstanding is that the reservation had not come through and we could not cancel it, not that we would not cancel it. If the reservation is not in our system there is no way to do a refund, until or unless it comes through. Booking.com reservations are not usually paid in advance, so I'm not sure there was a refund to process. Any and all changes and cancelations are done by Booking.com and not by the hotel since your booking contract was with them and not directly with the hotel. It does sometimes take up to an hour for a reservation to come through, I am not sure if you tried to call back to see if it was received. I do know that I was never informed of any guest needing to change a reservation due to surgery as I most certainly would have cancelled your reservation, if it was in our system. I am deeply sorry that my name was used in this context as I was not spoken to personally. Sometimes I take the blame for things that I assure you would not and did not come from me.I will be discussing this with my team to see where the miscommunication fell. I do apologize if you were unhappy with the breakfast bags. We are trying to find ways to offer our guests a light to-go type snack while we are unable to serve our normal breakfast buffet. The bag is not intended to be a full breakfast, just a small offering to start your day as you head out. I hope our guests understand that we are as disappointed as they are that things are so disrupted at this time. Every property is trying different offerings and at this time, this is what we are doing. I do hope your surgery was successful and your recovery is going well. Again, I am very regretful that you had such an unhappy experience with your booking and we wish you all the best. Stay safe and Be well.

Very comfortable and clean room. Checked all the boxes- water pressure, the bed was the most comfortable I'd slept on all week (week and a half long road trip) The layout of the room was very nice.
Breakfast was decent continental spread. I will say the coffee is your typical tasteless hotel brew which was disappointing but never a deal breaker.
Location was just isolated enough to know your car is less likely to be broken into. (it's never zero) Parking was decent. I could see it being tight during peak season.
All staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Easy check-in. Coffee could use a boost!! Comfy beds and lots of pillows. Stayed for 3 nights while my daughter went to orientation. This was our 2nd time staying at this location. We like the rooms with a semi-wall to give some privacy and for not disturbing the other family member.

Good all around except egg patties at breakfast like rubber and had a strange processed taste. Prefer the scrambled at other comfort suites.
Hot Breakfast items ran out several times from 7:30-8 a.

This hotel was booked for me for a wedding I was working at. It had been prepaid and I was not sure how that would work. All went smoothly with the pre paid at check in. Room was very nice with a sleeper sofa and King size bed. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Arrived to late to enjoy the pool or hot tub. Staff: all were wonderful. The one thing that was a bit off putting, the $10 charge for using the sofa bed. If I remember correctly, it's a per night charge. I paid it and was handed a prewrapped package of sheets. I had my kid with me and the kid is at the age where they want their own space and a sofa bed is a cool thing.

We are not a budget friendly hotel kind of couple. But, when we decided to come into town for our daughters birthday, I was unaware it was move in weekend. This hotel had a few rooms left and we were very happy with our stay. Check in was very efficient and friendly. Location is GREAT! You can’t exactly walk to campus or downtown. But, don’t even really get on the highway. Just a long on ramp and then immediately off and you’re in town. Easy for a rental car or Uber. Hotel was very clean in all common areas and our room. It was very quiet with blackout shades. Bed was very comfortable. I’m not sure why they use toddler size pillows but we had plenty of them so just bunched them up. We usually stay at the Inn on 5th or Gordon. For a $400 plus price difference a night, I’d definitely stay here again. Especially since we are never in our rooms and typically enjoying campus or downtown. Again, not luxury by any means, but much nicer than I expected. We didn’t try the breakfast but we did do laundry and did hop in the hot tub one night. They have an indoor pool as well. It would be a great stay for couples or families for children of all ages. There is a small divider in the room so kids can easily sleep on the pullout couch with parents having a little privacy. But, it’s really half “wall” so I’d recommend connecting rooms for older children or more space. Went to the football game. Drove to the Amtrak station (maybe 5 min drive) and paid to park there for the day then walked to the stadium and back. It’s a bit of a walk. Probably about a mile. But so fun to walk the beautiful path and bridges with the crowd.

Stayed 1 night here as on a road trip through the North West States. This has been the best hotel so far out of 7 hotels. From check in till check out it was a good experience. Staff were polite and attentive and advised which rooms were the quietest. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Good sized bathroom that had a really powerful shower. A good range of choices for breakfast was provided.

19 minutes from the Eugene airport (EUG). 1 hour 55 minutes from Portland airport (PDX). Hope this helps.
We do not unfortunately.
Yes, we do have a bathtub in nearly every room.
Our only exception to this - we do have one room layout specific for a roll-in accessible shower.
Our pool and hot tub are open everyday from 6am till midnight.
