Several years back during a weekend excursion to the coast, we stopped to checkout the Whale Cove Inn and stayed for dinner. At the time, we said that when we got married we'd have to stay at the Inn for our honeymoon. And we did... It was an amazing stay; the room was exquisite, the food fabulous, while Sarah and...

This was our 1st stay at the Whale Cove and it definitely won't be our last. We stayed here to celebrate our 15 year anniversary and I have to say it is the nicest place we have stayed out of all of our pacific NW coastal trips. It was a full house but you would have never known it -...

The view was wonderful, (3rd floor) Very clean rooms. Front desk reception showed us to our room where soft music was playing, a nice touch. We were given the 'tour' of our room and how all worked. Spa tub on the deck is nice, two chairs and an ottoman on deck with table for towels, wine, whatever while in the...

Whale cove was a very interesting experience, with both pros and cons… Starting with the positive, the location is amazing, it has one of the best views in all of the Oregon Coast. I loved the fact that you can see whales all the time. The building is very modern, classy and luxurious, nothing like the rest of the B&Bs...

Thank you for taking the time to write your review and sharing your experience at Whale Cove Inn. I’m glad that you enjoyed our modern hotel and its well-appointed rooms with spectacular views. I’m disappointed that our customer service was not the caliber you were expecting but I would like to address several of the complaints. I remember checking you...

Wow...that pretty much sums up our feelings about the Whale Cove Inn. We stayed for four nights at the end of September and it had to be one of the best hotel experiences that we have enjoyed. The location is good for exploring the Oregon Coast and Sarah's expertise here is "priceless". The view of the cove from the room's...

We travelled along Hwy 101 from Crescent City,Ca.to Astoria,Oregon over the course of a week and stayed in Bandon, Florence, Depoe Bay, and Cannon Beach on our excursion. Whale Cove Inn was the best experience of our whole trip. The staff ( Thank You so much Sarah ) , the location, the views, the rooms, were all wonderful. I have...

We had hoped to stay on the Oregon Coast and found the reviews on the Whale Cove Inn. Alas, our bohemian style of traveling without reservations resulted in there being no vacancy. Not there, nor anywhere nearby. We had decided that in order to find a room we had to go inland. On a last minute whim, as we were...

Whale Cove Inn was one of our favorite hotels (if not our very favorite) on our road trip through Oregon. We were greated by Sara when we arrived. She was friendly and fun to talk to. She guided us to our suite and showed us around. The suite was amazing. We were on the 3rd floor and had a perfect...

Great little boutique hotel on the Oregon Coast. Sit on your balcony, enjoy some of the regions great wines and watch the wildlife play in the bay right in front if the hotel. We were lucky enough to see whales, otters and seals right off our balcony. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Dining at Beck, in the hotel,...

We really loved this small Inn, only eight large rooms with very large balconies overlooking this magical little cove. The food was very good, especially the breakfast with homemade breads and pastries. The service was excellent, they even had three whales playing just beyond the cove, spouting and showing off their tail fins. Cannot wait to go back.
