Private deck hot tub, two directional shower arrangement, 7 pillows on a wonderfully comfortable bed, a living room with desk and table, fresh cookies and top quality chocolates by the bed. And then there were the views of the cave filled hills around the cove, the bald eagle and seals. Sara, our innkeeper, was very helpful, and the new breakfast...

This is our all time favorite place to stay. The staff is hands down the best we have ever encountered. Our third floor room was perfect in ever way. There are no words to describe the view. Breakfast was wonderful, it gets better every time we visit. If you are ever in Oregon head to the Whale Cove Inn. You...

We enjoyed our rainy stay at Whale Cove Inn. The rooms were clean and well appointed, views were beautiful, and Sarah was very gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast each morning very much. We did not, however, enjoy Restaurant Beck. The food was nothing that really stood out, my Pinot Noir was served hot and our waitress seemed as though...

Literally heaven on earth. My husband and I just stayed a few nights for our honeymoon and checking out was just about one of the hardest things, EVER. The staff are SO friendly... right away, we felt "at home". That's something we haven't gotten from other stays at even the most extremely nice hotels in the past. The room was...

Love The Whale Cove Inn! We had a third floor room with bedroom, sitting room, outdoor deck and excellent ocean views. We loved just bring there. Modern and very comfortable. Ate in the restaurant for breakfasts and two dinners. Highly recommended - try the tasting menu. Parking available in lot in front of the inn. Very helpful personnel.

We recently had the chance to take a family vacation in the PNW. When looking for a place on the Oregon coast, Whale Cove caught my eye. We rented the 3 bedroom penthouse. So let me preference my comments by saying we have been very lucky to have travel to a lot of great places around the world. We know...

My wife and I stayed there on Apr 6 & 7, 2017. This was our second visit and as before it was magnificent. The setting is unusual looking out on a tidy, nearly private cove. You make a mistake in going to the Oregon coast for a sunny beach; you go to this coast for sights and views not possible...

The Oregon coast is beautiful and rugged. The Whale Cove Inn shows this beauty to perfection. An odd thing that really stood out to me as brilliant is the depth of the balcony. This may sound like a strange thing to point out, but the depth allows you to keep the door open, even if it's rainy or stormy. It...

We really like this Inn. Very romantic and high end but.....you have to drive a distance just to get to a sandy beach. The rooms are very spacious and the mattresses are like laying on a cloud. The bathrooms are gorgeous and also very spacious. You do have to pay for all this though, as the rooms are in the...

We could have sat on the balcony and watched the sea all day! The cove is constantly changing with the weather. We had some stormy weather and the waves and rain were very dramatic. The hotel itself is very understated. Everything felt luxurious. The suite was spacious and well thought out. The bed linens were of a very high quality....

Thank you for this review and your stay. We are thrilled to read you enjoyed the details of our property and I believe we are equally as interesting a place to visit when the rain is pouring as we are when the sun is shining (and maybe more romantic when the rain encourages a little more time in the room,...
