We visited in mid-September and enjoyed every minute of a 3-day stay. We're fly fishermen and hikers so that was our focus. We just wish we had more time to learn from the manager, Marshal A. Moser, Jr., a Certified Wildlife Biologist. He's warm and helpful with a wealth of information about every natural thing your eyes see. We stayed...

We stayed seven nights in the Arrowhead Cabin and could not have been more delighted with the accommodation and location on the Williamson River. Jeff the fishing guide spent three days sharing his skills to catch the wieldy trout on the Williamson and Wood River. The location is also great for exploring and hiking around Crater Lake.

Visited there and had a great time with our small family. Plenty to do for everyone. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Not a single complaint nor suggestion for improvement. Starting with the welcoming committee of horses, llamas and Clara the Wonder Dog; to the fantastic fishing and canoeing; and, the hammock under the trees overlooking a beautiful lazy...

This is an extraordinary place to stay with very well appointed cabins on a beautiful spot on the river, abundant bird and other wildlife in the grounds and excellent managers. Marshall, a keen ornithologist also had some fantastic local tips (Wood River the best). Nice trails on the property and of course not too far from Arguably Oregon's finest spit,...

We stayed two nights in the Arrowhead cabin and enjoyed it very much. The hosts were welcoming and gracious and the cottage was homey and very clean. We saw an osprey catch his dinner in the river that flows in front of the cabin! It was also a quick trip to Crater Lake from there. The only bad thing was...

Sometimes when you are travelling you miss the comforts of home. A stay at the Lonesome Duck Ranch will help overcome any travel weariness. We spent two nights there in the middle of a 3 week trip from LA to Seattle, via several national parks. We wish we had spent at least one more night in hindsight. The entrance seems...

We spent a fantastic 3 days in the Arrowhead cabin. Comfortable, spacious and comfortable cabin. Beautiful verandah for watching the river and the amazing wildlife. From our kayak we spotted otters and bald eagles. Easy day trip to the spectacular Crater Lake. Highly recommended, not just for fishing enthusiasts!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were gracious and accommodating toward us. The property is lovely and we explored at length, enjoying the river, the fields, and the wildflowers. There are critters galore to keep you amused while you loll away your time. The location is great for visiting Crater Lake and dinner in Klamath Falls.

Marshal and Suzan greeted us at the door, the labrador, too. Showed us to our log cabin with views overlooking the Williamson River. Birds, birds, everywhere....ducks, too. I got up at 5:00am to watch the ducks hop out of the river and peruse the leftovers from the bird feeders. Saw one of the bald eagles flying overhead while I was...

It's a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of nature and also high quality lodging. Lonesome Duck definitely gives you that very cozy, home feel, where you might like to meet with your family or friends on...
