Absolutely loved this place. I’m pretty picky about hotels but this place I have very few complaints about. It is in a great location with easy access to Crater Lake National Park. The hotel is very new or at least appears that way. The room was exceptionally clean and very big. It has a very nice walk in shower and the bed was top of the line. My only complaints would be that my room was right next to the elevator so I had to listen to that go up and down all night and they are still using COVID as an excuse to not allow people to eat in the breakfast area but at least they served breakfast which is more than most places are doing. Not only that but the breakfast was better than average for a hotel breakfast. Was a little bit pricey but for what you get I’m not complaining.

This location was fairly close to Crater Lake NP. It was SUPER clean. Check in Personnel was as nice as they could be. Terrific breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Shower pressure was very good.

I stayed at this hotel based on its proximity to Crater lake and the good reviews. It did not disappoint. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I heard it was only about two years old and it was modern. The bed was great and I had two good night's sleep while exploring crater lake. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked to be moved from the elevator and it was no problem. The bed was great and the hotel was quiet, I never heard a peep all night. Free breakfast was good, for covid times. I've definitely had worse. Overall, it was a clean, modern hotel near crater lake and offered a good night's sleep at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: The second floor away from the elevator was quiet.

Stayed one night. Was very clean, staff very friendly. Casino short walk way for dining or playing. Beds somewhat hard for our bodies, pillows were great. place seemed relatively new. Nice selection for breakfast but had to eat in room because of Covid!!

We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit the Crater Lake. Pros: 1. Room clean 2. Service excellent Cons: 1. Covid breakfast was not vegetarian friendly. Not much food around. Have to buy at Crater Lake. 2. Have to go to Klamath Falls to charge car everyday. If you have an electric car, suggest staying in Klamath Falls. 3. No places to eat around here. Again have to go to Klamath Falls. 4. Hotel is expensive for what they offer. Pretty much paying for location.
