Set among the rolling hills of Yamhill County, Abbey Road Farm lies in the very heart of Oregon's Wine Country. We have converted three grain silos traditionally used for agricultural storage into America's Most Instagramable Bed & Breakfast! Set on a working 82 acre farm with a beautiful vineyard and views of rolling hills, animals, event space plus a winery and tasting room to enjoy.

We loved our time at Abbey Road, cool silo rooms, beautiful grounds and an amazing breakfast! The innkeeper use to be an executive chef in Portland but was hired on last year and has really elevated the breakfast! Would be awesome if they could offer dinner/restaurant in the future! Everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the ceiling fan, in room fridge and coffee maker, radiant heated floors and towel warmers. The complimentary wine tasting was so relaxing and fun and we appreciated the room gift and easy self check in process. We stayed in the Pinot Noir suite which is up a winding narrow step staircase, if you have any issue with stairs or carrying your luggage, choose a first floor suite. The only negative is the small dated shower. There is a garden tub, but we aren’t hotel spa tub people. It is also just about 8-10 minutes from Carlton, which is a super cute town with great places for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Have you ever thought how peaceful it would be to live on the farm, with gorgeous views of land and hills, petting the animals, listening to the quiet, watching the stars at night? This is the ideal place for a getaway for you! The silo suites are beautiful and well appointed. Check in independently, and a bag with a key and information all about the farm will be waiting for you. The farm has been updated and upgraded the way I would have wanted it done. Jetted tub, nice hot shower, and the MULTI-course breakfast, looking out on the yard and it’s various fowl, is excellent. The BEST breakfast any of us had ever had. This is TRUE farm to table eating as over half the ingredients are grown on site. Spend your day meeting the animals, looking over the gardens, wine tasting, and enjoying one of the many seasonal events at the farm; or drive into one of the small surrounding towns and enjoy restaurants and shops; or go wine tasting as there are Tasting Rooms all around you. In the evening, enjoy the Tool Shed common room or the adjacent fire pit before you turn in for an amazing night’s sleep. Not a good place for kids, though dogs are allowed by arrangement.

The first thing that attracted me to this place was the idea of spending a night in a grain bin. Second was interacting with farm animals and third was just being able to enjoy walking around the farm and enjoying the view. You throw in an onsite winery (closed while we were there) and a breakfast that truly could be the best meal you will have during a trip and that is all the reason you need to stay here. Sara and Eric are amazing at meal prep, they suggested places to eat, wineries to visit and the best route to the Oregon coast--oh, and built a fire for us in the evening which was fun even with a misty rain falling.

Five stars for the lovely property and first rate breakfast, but two stars for the actual rooms. Abbey Road Farm is in need of someone to act as an Innkeeper. The "let yourself in" door code and bag with your key in it seems a cold welcome for a farm and winery. Luxury room prices should also include well appointed rooms and baths. The bed in our room had a foam layer laid on top of the mattress which kept slipping off the edge of the bed. The room is crowded with a portable air conditioner, refrigerator, and a table to hold a small coffee maker with only tea available. The bathroom is dated with a stand-up shower, old jacuzzi style tub and small sink and mirror. The bath finishings are past their prime and the over all appearance is worn. The lack of house keeping added to low rating. The bath needs dusting and scrubbing along the floor. The moldings are cracked and need repair. It's a shame there wasn't even a complimentary glass of wine for guests on the porch.

The Silos were a unique luxury stay; the view and vineyards were spectacular; the wines were ok; the farm animals were plentiful to watch and enjoy;
The flowers and the decor was CT lovely; property upkeep was awesome thanks to their property manager Gary, a very receptive and dutiful person;
We enjoyed the fir pit with real wood on a chilly night.
The chefs on the property need a special call out Sara and Will Preisch. The breakfast was a multicourse farm to table 1 plus hour treat; the dishes were unique and creative. Thank you for the memories

Went at 11:30am on a chilly Saturday morning. Stephan welcomed us and was so personable and made us feel so welcome. We chose the Reserve flight with 4 out 5 grapes/wines grown right on the property and we added the Charcuterie plate.
He sat down by us ( we sat on the sofa and chair by the fireplace) and he explained about each wine, we never felt rushed. Being off season, we almost had the place to ourselves.
Each wine was some of the best we've ever tasted and we added a pork rillette Appetizer.
The ambience- a silo outside with views of the rolling hills and a farm with animals- we walked around and saw pigs, peacocks, Bernese dog, alpacas, hens and 1/2 a dozen kitties following us everywhere. The structure for wine tasting is high ceilinged with lots of sitting areas and a mixture of wood and industrial.
The best part was interacting with Stephan who made this an experience we'll always remember!

All reviews say you go there for the breakfast which was also touted by the house manager, when he greeted us. We were told an hour later that because we were the only ones at the place, breakfast would not be served. Instead, they left a dozen eggs and some bacon for us to cook ourselves. Really?? Upon questioning it, they offered to buy us breakfast in town and we took them up on it. There was also the promise of a gift bag upon arrival but we never received one. We mentioned that a bottle of wine in the gift bag would soften the blow and they said that was not included. Later they did gift us a bottle of wine but why did we have to ask? There was never a sincere apology. We felt the customer service from management was shoddy. That said, the staff at the wine tasting room was very friendly and helpful.

Last night of vacation at this beautiful B&B. They converted two old feed silos and constructed another silo. Then connected all three and built an entryway turning it into a 5 suite building. There’s an amazing farm with many types of animals, from goats to cows, to alpacas and chicken. And I’d be remiss not to mention the typical dog and cat. The farm is also a winery that produces really great wines! And the breakfast is absolutely spectacular! Not just cereal or pancakes….but a four/five course breakfast of all farm to table fruits, grains, salads, shrimp and grits, etc. Staying here, seeing this beauty, walking the property for a couple nights has definitely been a true highlight of our vacation! AND, no TVs in the rooms!

We stayed in one of the Silo rooms (Pinot Noir). Very comfortable. Very nice views.
The facilities are gorgeous. The silos, the cellar (for breakfast) and the tasting area are very well done.
The farm was very cool. Pigs, donkeys, alpacas, goats, cows, sheep and miscellaneous barnyard fowl.
And finally, the staff was very informative, helpful, friendly and accomodating.

Yes, the bedrooms only have one bed in them. We loved this inn, but the two of you will both be in the same bed.
