We've stayed in many different motels in Brookings, and this one is fine, considering the price. Yes, it's a budget place, but we found it clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Yes, it's a bit rough. There were some scratches on the bathroom door and the blankets are cheap. But we had a good...

I really liked this motel, great prices, the room was very clean. Slept so good on a very comfortable bed. The maid was so nice and informative, as I am moving here. The owners are so sweet, yes they are a little hard to understand but try really well, anyone who has complained on there views should go down the...

The barely English speaking owner is combative and mean. Because he doesn't speak or understand English very well he yells at you for things that are his fault. If you have a pet the ant infested pet room, yes singular ROOM will have your skin crawling because the ants will attack you, your pet and any food put out for...

First of all I walked into the room and kicked off my shoes. Within 20 minutes the bottom of my white socks were black. There was no in room coffee or even any available in the front office. The water pressure fluctuates from poor to nonexistent and the temperature in inconsistent. I have no idea how they stay in business....

Straight ghetto. Shower was nice tho. Book a queen size bed... hahaha that's a joke more like a full size twin..... I don't recommend this place to others.. people slam doors all night and day. Thought I heard gun shots. Good view of the highway. Pretty nice restaurant next door.

Wouldn't recommend counting on your reservation! Booked a pet friendly room for two nights through Expedia. Hotel turned us away and claimed they only had one pet friendly room that was already booked. Refused to honor the Expedia booking.

My wife and I stayed here for a night while touring the western U.S. We loved how unique and clean the room was and how nice the lady was at the front desk. She did everything herself from checking us in to cleaning the room. We also loved the retro feel.

Last minute trip to visit family over the 4th of July weekend. Great little place. Furnishing dated a bit clean and the shower was amazing. Also amazing hospitality. Lydia the manager and her husband were very kind and respectful. Would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located on the 101 clean bed and nice hot shower close to everything. Not the Ritz. it was very dated but everything worked well. Close to a wonderful beach that you can actually walk on and view the sunset.

Whoops - the wife accidentally put us in a room that was being repaired. The husband quickly came to the room and moved us to a new one before we could pick up the phone to tell them there was a problem. We really appreciated the quick fix. While the furnishings and decor are very outdated, the rooms are very...
