My husband picked this place for a family weekend. It was definitely retro, the original appliances were a fun decor in the kitchenette but I could not bring myself to actually use them. The bedding was clean but the beds were not very comfortable & the furniture in the room was broken. I did get the opportunity to show my...

The pool wasn't open the owners would not compensate the property and lodging we're in need of major TLC. The fishing lake was covered with algae there are cracks in most of the building and general upkeep was not being done I would personally consider going to Western Lodge down the road at Sequoyah State Park

Couldn't resist the retro sign out front with the Indian waving, so we pulled in. Looked like a place my family might've stayed in the 70's and not many updates have happened here, I'm pretty sure! The rooms were quite large and our king bed was the biggest I've ever seen. Everything was well-worn, but comfy and clean. For us,...

Rooms and bedding look as if they are original bedding and paint from the 1950's, pool was so filthy and full of grass and misc debris that we had to clean it ourselves. Male owner was a highly intoxicated jerk that likes to bully and belittle women. Catching him watching ladies and kids swim in the pool was creepy too.

We went there thinking that it would be nice, but instead, we found that the place is old and not habitable for human beings. We paid nearly $200 per night for a room at its best is...

Have stayed at this lodge three or four times now. Always has your room ready for you..this time we got a little kitchenette and took our little dog along with us. Kind of rustic cabinettes with painted concrete walls and pine ceilings that sleep great. Nice quiet location, very near the lake and the campgrounds--while some family were fishing out...

We loved this place. Very quaint and laid back. Not a super fancy hotel, if thats what your looking for. Perfect for our family. The people who run this are very nice. Nice swimming pool, cute area to hang out, excellent pizza right down the road. We have found our new hide out away from the busy city! We will...
