Recently stayed at this location. While the rooms were adequate, I would not recommend this location to anyone celebrating an event or trying to have a good time at the hotel. The staff were generally rude, complaining about noise. I understand that there is a large atrium at the center of the hotel, but the group I was with were...

Came to Tulsa for my friend's wedding (ceremony was NOT at this property) the Renaissance was the preferred hotel for the wedding party and guests so my date and I booked our room here. Having stayed at other similar properties I found this hotel to be a bit dated. Had a very 2003/2004 feeling to the lobby and decor. Nonetheless,...

We genuinely value your patronage to our hotel. We are pleased that you were comfortable in your room, however, apologize for not initially stocking your room with the requested extra towels. Your feedback about your experience at the bar is disappointing. While, yes, the bar does close at midnight, it sounds like this could have been handled a lot better....

I booked a week there when I went to see a sick relative. The hotel has a dingy look and the room was dirty when I checked in at 7pm, the staff wasn't very nice and I moved the next morning there are several good hotels very close. I would recommend the homewood suits very clean and close to stores...

Occasionally my wife and I will book a local hotel for an in town get away. We have been to the Renaissance in Tulsa several times but I've not reviewed till now. First, I searched several sites telling me the price which was about $50 more than I paid having reserved through Marriot's own website. We always ask for high...

Nice hotel, GREAT location if you’re in town for recreation, shopping or like to eat at any of the hundreds of chain restaurants that you’ll find within a several mile stretch of 71st street; (I’d hate to see this section of the town during Christmas time) If you’re working downtown it would be a bit of a daily commute and...

Stayed one night with my wife. Nice room with a balcony. The only negative was a random microwave sitting on the floor outside our room when we first arrived. I hadn't requested a microwave so this seems like a housekeeping oversight. The staff was very professional and courteous. Love the koi pond.

We were here for convention type meeting- rooms have nice linens, one easy chair one desk chair- didn't see a set up to recharge phone and Internet service is $7.95 a day.
