I had a great time staying in this hotel. The rooms were super clean and freshly painted and the bed was warm and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful and the parking lot was well lit and safe. I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back! It was everything you need for a great night's sleep!

Best hotel room I've seen in years at a great price. Very friendly efficient service. Beautiful renovated rooms. Laminate and tiled floors so no dirty carpet, lots of AC power and USB outlets in nightstands on both sides of bed, great beds with innovative spring frame support replacing box springs so no place for bed bugs to hide, thermostat controlled heat and air worked fast and held temperature perfectly. Better than rooms at twice the price.

I stayed at the hotel for over a month. The housekeepers made sure my room was clean and tidy while I was at work. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful with a fresh clean scent. I even forgot my shampoo/ conditioner and hand/body lotion but no worries they had them installed in the shower and on the wall by the sink! AWESOME! The bed was perfect for me and the pillows were so fluffy( made me feel like I was at home). I was able to rest without any disturbance. Overall I highly recommended them to family and friends.

Work related, stayed 5-7 days. Was up at 3:30, always fresh coffee. Great people, always helpful. Always there for whatever services I needed. My time there was as enjoyable as possible. Can't imagine a better stay.

Very nice! However it is under construction and that's not an issue. My room was clean everybody was respectful and for a month I had no issues. Satisfaction overall was what I expect. If I didn't need extra things no matter that hour I had no problem getting anything I needed. The new rooms look amazing and I can't wait for this family to have their new hotel finished. There you have new furniture and some of the rooms and I'm excited for the family changing the look and getting rid of bold and starting new.

staff was friendly, professional, room was clean. It is located convenient to Denny's, and local shopping centers. Room pricing was reasonable. I will stay there again next year. The family has stayed there most years when we go for festival.

Exceptionally clean, great sized rooms, friendly staff, recommend a stay for a night or 2. Currently undergoing a refurb but this is during the day so should not cause any problems (we were not bothered). Quite a few places nearby for food, conveniences, furl etc.

This hotel is rather run down. It's okay. But, the remodeling they are doing is just okay. I wish I would have known it was under construction before I booked. The hotel is noisy and this is a hotel that has connecting rooms, so I could here the person in the room next to mine coughing and clearing throat, etc.. I think their online pictures are misleading. Don't expect much, and maybe you won't be disappointed. I will find another hotel for my next stay in Shawnee.
