The Sallisaw/Ft. Smith KOA was very nice with shaded level sites and clean shower houses. The staff were very accommodating. Easy on and off access off I-40. Close to interesting historic sites like Sequoyah's Cabin and the Trail of Tears exhibit. Cherokee Casino is within...More

Man, I didn't want to leave. This has been by far, the best KOA I've stayed at. It's on the small side, so it's not crowded and nice and quiet. The staff is so nice and helpful. I rented a deluxe cabin and it was...More

Bathrooms are the best of any KOA now. Tile and granite throughout! They include large handicapped shower/toilets as well. You need it check out pictures at koa. com/campgrounds/sallisaw.

Fort Smith is 25 miles away to downtown. The weekly rate for this park for 2 campers is $199 for a full hookup. daily site rent is $39. Many lakes to fish and boat 30 minutes away. Very quiet campground.

You are welcome anytime. It is an easy night registration system. The sites are long, level pullthroughs with full hookups, cable and WIFI. Your neighbors will appreciate your extra effort to be quiet after 10 p.m.
