This Embassy Suites at the medical center could not be finer. I've been dealing with a medical issue for exactly a year now, making a monthly trip to the medical center. I stay here every time this hotel is not full. The staff could not be more gracious, accommodating, and professional. In spite of the reason for my monthly stay, this hotel has made this trip a little vacation. The hotel is a top-of-the-line Embassy Suites. It is still new feeling, very clean, and has a spacious feel.

Pros: clean, modern, quiet, and spacious 2-room suite. 10-minute safe walk to all OU Hospitals in HSC campus (walk mainly through parking lots on well lit sidewalks). Bed was comfortable, new, and clean. Bathroom was very well lit and the shower was excellent. Linens and towels were fresh and clean. Had a nice desk space and mini kitchenette which was more than adequate. Sitting area was comfortable and a solid TV (another TV in bedroom). Staff is very kind. Knowledgeable of area and OKC attractions. Lobby area is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Business center is excellent - easy to use and in lobby. Breakfast was wonderful and had a chef taking orders in addition to an expansive buffet. 15 minute Uber to downtown. Easily accessible from OKC airport.

This hotel exceeded every expectation! It has an amazing staff, and is SUPER CLEAN!
We stayed two nights this week as we were traveling to Arizona and back. The rooms are huge! The living area was big enough for all four of us to comfortably sit down, the desk was big enough for some of our bags and for me to work on my computer, the bedroom had great space for luggage, another desk, tv, and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is like a master bath in a home. The tub and toilet are in one area and the vanity/sink separate which is nice when you have two pre-teen girls! The breakfast offered is delicious, and then the staff!!! Oh my word!!! We have never had such pleasant people greet us and then waiting on everyone! I will likely not spell her name correctly, but Zaraha is the sweetest and her customer service is top notch! I can’t say enough about all of them! The two at the omelette/waffle station were smiling and happy, the ones helping show everyone where things were and clearing tables were as pleasant as they come. Talk about starting your day off right! We stayed on Saturday night, then on the way back through on Thursday night and both times everything was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This hotel is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport next to the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. The rooms are large and spacious. There is free wireless that worked well. Breakfast was included and was relatively good with options for hot (including omelettes) and cold food. Despite being quite comfortable, this hotel was surprisingly expensive and thus not great value for money.

We had ants in our room. We use the offered upgrade to switch our room from a single king to a double queen suite and it came with complementary snacks and drinks. The mini fridge was broken and leaking and all the drinks and cheese sticks and cold snacks were hot. And the snack tray with individually packaged healthy snacks was covered in ants. We did not stay in a room after we dropped off our bags we had to go to a baseball tournament. So when we got back our room and our things we’re all covered in ants we took our things back down outside to our car while I went and talked to the people at the front desk. Now my car is infested with ants. The best they could do was to move me to another room or spray our room while we were staying in it. The only room that they could offer me was across the hall. I did not feel like that would solve the ant problem. We went somewhere else. The staff was all very polite however.

We booked a room for business on a Purchase Order at this hotel & was told at that time they accepted them. When we arrived they were very rude & told us they wouldn't accept rhe PO because it wasn't for at least $5,000. I have stayed at several Embassy suites & never had this problem before. Will definitely not be back to that Embassy suites!

We are 7 women who take an annual trip together. Â This year we came to Oklahoma City. While most of us are Hilton honors members, we had planned to stay in an Airbnb because of our group size. Â We encountered a problem with the Airbnb upon arrival. We turned to Embassy Suites (ES). Â We are all so very glad that fate brought us to the Embassy Suites on North Philips Drive in Oklahoma City.Â
Without reservations, we showed up at the ES. We were met and helped by Elizabeth at the front desk, supported by Shelbie. They took great care of us, listening to our situation, working to get adjacent rooms and get us settled in so we could enjoy the camaraderie of our group.  Of course I’m sure any rep would have sold us rooms but the way they conducted themselves and the way they represented the values of the hotel is why we would like to commend them.  Our engagement with them could have been out of a commercial promoting a great experience at the Embassy Suites.  They both had great, can do attitudes. We truly felt that they wanted our group to be able to take advantage of the Suites’ amenities to help us relax and enjoy our annual trip - one that as we age we are ever so grateful to experience each year. Â
As if that wasn’t a pleasant and noteworthy enough experience, we found so many other staff members at this same Embassy Suites acting in the same professional, customer-focused manner. The restaurant and the suites were well run and clean. Below are the names of staff who made our visit exceptional. Unfortunately, we only know their first names:
Elizabeth Shelbie Tasha Carolyn Crystal (omelets, etc) Patricio Jenny Statler Maria Ray
Perhaps more importantly, we observed that because this Embassy Suites is within a mile of a major hospital, there were at least three families that we encountered who were fellow guests because a loved one was in the hospital, sometimes in very critical care. Those families appeared to be carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders and we couldn’t help but notice how well the staff interacted with and supported them.Â
We highly recommend this Embassy Suites.

Room nice, clean. Employees pleasant. But hotel’s purpose seemed to be focused more as a event location then on hotel guest. Hotel workers were too overwhelmed dealing with large meals and the 340 people from a private party, that the hotel guest couldn’t even get close to the bar to order a meal or buy a drink. Same the next night. At the very least, hotel could have warned guest that public areas would be closed to private party as they could make plans elsewhere for food. Hotel should have a separate bar area for private parties, especially since there no where else to eat close by yet.

The location was great and we really enjoyed the amenities such as the evening social, resturant on site and fabulous breakfast options. Overall location was very clean.
Only a few complaints, comfort of bed/bedding and constant fluctuation of AC not keeping temp.
