We booked a non smoking rooms that smelled of cigarettes then we got another room and the bathroom had 2 giant holes in it and the shower had no hot water and the TV was from about 1990. Do not recommend

Outside looks completely different from inside. Building looks like it hasn't been updated in many years, but going inside it's completely different. Rooms are nice and clean with contemporary styling and large flat screen televisions. When in town I'd stay here again.

Some of the previous guest reviews were correct. This place is not up to par. Granted, there is evidence they are still under renovation, but they apparently overbook and assign guests into incomplete rooms. After reading the reviews online, I called the hotel four times, before and after booking it, to discuss and confirm that their common complaints had been... More

Get what you pay for . Room remodeled but this is just an ugly 1970ish hotel with long dark halls and somewhat sketchy area. I wouldn't have my family stay here. Had some room issues but were resolved.

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend trip. The hotels in Bricktown were about double the cost of this Ramada. We took the free shuttle to Bricktown multiple times throughout the weekend and had no problems at all. They were prompt with pick-ups. The breakfast was good. There was a waffle maker, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and standard... More

So we arrived at the 'Ramada' at around 11am after 12 hrs on the greyhound with several stops, so disrupted sleep and a bus layover of 1.5 hours at 4.30am. The desk clerk said with no smile that he couldn't check us in until 3 pm which was fine as advertised although every other hotel we have been to have... More

This is an older place, needs some serious upgrading. It had a very nice room, Standard KING. The did not have a DISABLED KING. Though every one was very friendly and helpful, there was one important item that got my attention. I have traveled extensively the past 50+ years, mostly chain motels/hotels. For the FIRST TIME EVER, I was charge... More
