Staff was wonderful! Pleasant, outgoing, eager to help. The person who cleaned our 425 room was over the top great! In the painting conference there was a power outage. The staff hustled and made sure our painting classes could go on as planned. Then they served us a glass of wine and great tasting finger foods. Bathe box lunches were...

Brenda, You know the old saying, "When life gives you a lemon, serve them wine", or something like that. Seriously though, thank you for giving us such remarks from what was such an unfortunate situation. We like to know that we were able to overcome adversity and still create a positive experience. See you next year.

Room has no drawer storage, and a standing armoire instead of a closet. Limited hanging space means you will be living out of your suitcase. The light switch for the bathroom is outside of the bathroom, and difficult to find during the night. There is no bathroom fan. The tub was very slippery, but the hotel provided a bath mat...

Linda, Thanks for your positive comments about our staff. They do an incredible job at taking care of our guests. We are certainly aware of some of the other concerns you brought forth in regards to the room layout and the furniture. We will certainly address them when it is time to make changes to our rooms. Hope we see...

We were driving cross country to relocate for work and had our three kids and our DOG with us. The accommodations were beautiful, spacious, clean and parking was very convenient and ample. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the fact as my kids and husband were swimming, I was in the room with our dog....up...

Kimbra, I am sorry for the inconvenience of the alarm and the lack of empathy from our desk agent. Guest's safety, as well as the safety of their four legged friends are very important to us. We have the appropriate safety devices in place to ensure they are free from harm. Sometimes false alarms do occur. Our fire alarm is...

This hotel in general is a great place to stay at when attending a convention at the Reed Center. Hotel is clean however staff is not experienced, check in a hectic. There are great restaurants in the area and the area has grown within the last several years. Do wish the hotel provided a free breakfast.

Stayed three nights on a recent business trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice but could tell a little older property that could use some updating. Had breakfast in the restaurant and have to say it was very good. Overall no major issues and definitely would return.

We have stayed at this property before and they were in the process of renovating the rooms and floors. This time the renovations were complete and it is a very nice property that we got for an excellent rate. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only issue is you can never get the rooms cool enough. We did...

JM, We thank you for taking time to review our property. Glad to know you like the renovations we did to the bathroom floors. We are currently in the process of doing our bathroom vanities, but that has not been causing any disruption to our guests' stay. Sorry to hear that the fire alarm disturbed your sleep. Good to know...

Better fitness center than most hotels. We did not go into the bar or the restaurant so no comment. The staff was friendly and efficient at check...

We rented a room from the Reed Center and associated rooms from the hotel to celebrate our daughter's graduation and the people who have been most influential and supportive of her and our family. It's a really nice hotel. Love the pillows but the bed is a little hard. The only complaint I have is that all night it sound like a little dog barking, so I didn't sleep real well. That being said the hotel is nice the staff was real friendly. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi.
