Cockroaches and other dead bugs along with people who do not care, won't give the money back and it's a shame because you want to find great places on Route 66. Spend your money at the Holiday Inn Express. hey care about their customers.
This place was absolutely nasty. We were eaten up with bedbugs and roaches were all over. The tub didn't drain so you basically washed in your own dirt and who ever showered before you. Staff was rude and very unhelpful. Beware!!!!!!!!
Made a mistake and stayed here due to its location across from the Route 66 Museum. Place was dirty and very run down. Management was very unfriendly. We did not eat breakfast as it looked terrible. Do not stay here.
Was told it was Non Smoking what a joke. Had to air the place from smoke & OTHER smells. Tub was so filthy I didn't want to shower. I put my own blanket on bed to sleep, by the guys attitude I knew it wouldn't...More
