Dirty towels and mens underware in bathroom on check in. Bed not made on second day stay. Low number of (one person) on check in. Person on staff was very polite and tried to do her best but was overwhelmed by number of people checking in.

This stay was excellent. The room was on the back of the building overlooking a green space. It was nice to open the shade and see a nice view while working. Because there wasn't a back parking lot, the room was quiet.

The staff was very friendly, the room was small but clean, beds were very comfortable. This Hampton is a good midway point to stop if your crossing through Ohio. Gas stations front of hotel, Tanger Outlet mall right across interstate 71( 5 min drive), about 5 fast food restaurants, and more finer dining the next exit down about 10 min...

all staff are cordial, helpful, guest-friendly--the only criticism is that there is no hot tub in pool area and the lobby does not have a business center for guest-usage; the manager of the hotel is quite personable and agreed with my concerns about the hot tub and lobby access to computer/business center.

Great hotel. Clean. Kind customer service. Great tv selection with Direct TV. Would stay here again. Hot shower. Good breakfast selection. Close to Bob Evans for supper or late night snack. Next time I will hopefully be there longer and swim in the pool!

A girlfriend and I escaped the hustle and bustle of life with a short shopping trip. We selected the Hampton in for the price and location. There's not much to choose from in Delaware so I was happy to find this Hampton Inn just about 10 minutes due West. I was traveling, and it was getting late..needing a place to rest...seen Hampton Inn and glad I stopped and stayed..the bed was really comfortable, the room was extremely nice and the location was great!
