Stacy and Deb were perfectly delightful hosts. We enjoyed wonderful daily conversations with them, and you had a sense that you were visiting a very special version of your own home. The neighborhood in which Caldwell House sets is made for strolling. There are magnificent examples of late 19th Century architecture everywhere and you are in walking distance of the...

We had to stay in Piqua for a funeral. Caldwell House was warm and welcoming. Great breakfast, plenty of hot water, super clean with a comfortable bed. The ladies were too nice and willing to ease the stress of our trip. A few blocks from a great Italian rest, as well as the local town center, its a great location....

Caldwell House is a special place on an enchanting street in a wonderful town. Deb and Stacy could be the most friendly, gracious and hospitable hosts of a bed and breakfast I have ever met. The minute you step into their charming home, you feel welcome and like part of the family. I stayed there last summer and visited again...

My siblings and I get together for an early Christmas weekend and just scout by tripadvisor. The reviews on Caldwell House are correct and deserved! Stacy and Deb remembered everyone's names and something about them after just the first night! We all enjoyed the flannel sheets and the bathrooms are clean and one for each room. Breakfasts were quiche for...

My husband and I stayed at the Caldwell House on the night of our wedding. It was the perfect way to cap an already amazing day. The Caldwell House provided a unique and memorable experience that no local hotel could match and we are incredibly happy we chose to stay there. The house is clean, cozy, and both updated and...

Our room was beautiful and nicely appointed. Deb and Stacey were very accommodating and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our plane was delayed by 6 hours and we did not arrive until nearly midnight, but they were there to welcome us with open arms and show us to our room. Then they were awake early the...

I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. The room was equipped with anything and everything anyone could possibly want or need. I had an upset stomach one evening and was offered ginger ale and crackers. No hotel would ever provide that!! I stayed in the room with twin beds and there was a sun porch near by...

Deb and Stacy, two retired school teachers have created a very nice, comfortable home away from home experience. They made a very nice breakfast each morning and we spent a lot of time talk with these interesting folks.

Extremely nice hosts that were very accommodating to our arrival time and breakfast needs. The home is located in a beautiful, historic neighborhood and is very lovely and very clean. Some of the decor is very dated, but in an odd way, this seems to add to the charm of the property. We wish we could have stayed longer and...
