Comfortable quiet rooms, attentive hosts, penguins nesting in the backyard, possums eating out of your hand and allowing pats, host taking you to look at nearby penguins nests, chatting with other visitors over cheese, biscuits and a glass of whatever, beautiful hot breakfast included in the cost, hosts who bend over backwards to help with restaurant bookings and sight seeing....

From the moment you walk in the front door you feel at home. Maxine and Graham are wonderful hosts and Maxine's breakfast is the best ever. Located at the foot of the Nut, across the road from the beach and minutes walking distance to some good restaurants, it's ideally situated. The pingiun tour at night in their garden was an unexpected...

A charming B&B with delightful hosts. The House is beautifully appointed with stunning views of one of the beaches from the dining room. The breakfast menu is extensive and food well cooked and presented. Maxine and Graeme made us feel really welcome and had great advice and loads of local information. I would love to stay again.

We only spent one night at Hanlon House but we wish we had longer. Maxine and Graham made everyone feel welcome and were helpful and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfasts are spectacular. I would definitely go back.

Quality, comfortable accommodation and beautiful location overlooking Godfreys Beach and tucked right under the Nut, the hospitality provided by Maxine and Graeme was exceptional, with a happy hour late each afternoon where interaction between guests was encouraged, the breakfast choices amazing and delicious. Highly recommended! Hope to revisit some day soon!

We had an enjoyable experience at this exquisite little Bed & Breakfast located in Stanley. The hospitality and service we received by Maxine & Graham was unmatched to the remainder of the accommodation we had whilst in Tasmania. The beaches, penguins, The Nut & shops were all in walking distance and it was a great seaside adventure for the whole...

Fantastic stay - highly recommend Hanlon House from the lovely clean accommodation to excellent breakfasts, parking, view, location and even penguins and wallabies in the backyard. Good wifi in the dining area. A couple of lounge areas to relax in with other guests.Very quiet location. Would not want anything different here. Would we return - in a heartbeat.

This bed and breakfast did not disappoint. Maxine and Graham are welcoming and warm hosts and truly good people. Nothing is too much trouble to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The breakfasts are as good as described previously. We stayed with 3 children and were a little worried as haven't stayed in a B and B...
