At check in the place seemed deserted. The bedroom was okay but as I later found out the noise from one room to another in the night is terrible. Dinner was a waste of time, after being shown to a table I waited for a drink and service but nothing - it was as though I was invisible. I asked...

We stayed here on our last leg of our Tassie holiday for one night in a king spa room with a balcony overlooking water and some very shabby gardens. On checking in to the massive reception, I was greeted and asked for my surname when I was a quarter of my way to the desk, weird. This place is huge...

After recently attending a wedding reception at Tidal Waters I was amazed by the beautiful location and venue however the staff let down the place entirely. Whilst at the reception a few changes were required throughout the night as a result of the weather changing. One specific change was the guests moving inside in order to escape the wind. Straight...

Resort has good sized rooms and are well appointed . All rooms are at ground level with no stairs to worry about. Dining room lounge and bar together with tourist infoayion and sovener shop available. Located in short walk to shops with views over the water. A nice place to stay.

I'm just reviewing their restaurant = super food, atmosphere, and service. Make a reservation at least a day ahead for Table 33 on a Friday night. There is a $18 special then that includes wine. It's the "Local's Night Out", but you do not have to be a local to partake! A arrival time shortly before 6 p.m. has many...

Arrived in St.Helens, saw this place and booked in to save hunting around. It is central to everything in St Helens, on the water and in a quiet street. Thought the rates were a little excessive, compared with similar places were have stayed, but the room was large, clean and comfortable, although the bathroom fan was excessively noisy.. Our room...

Having read some negative reviews I was expecting The Worst: we were pleasantly surprised. The room was quiet, very clean and the staff extremely pleasant. If I had to make one negative comment (and I'm being picky) the fan in the bathroom was noisy. Would stay here again.

Tidal Waters is an upper class Resort with excellent facilities. The rooms are of a high standard with well appointed features and excellent views. House keeping is pleasant and they do a wonderful job. The in house restaurant has a wide range of food which is well presented. All staff are polite and helpful. An excellent place to stay in...

Enjoyed my visit very much. This was a nice place to stay, clean tidy rooms, lovely surroundings, and I can't fault the food at all - it was excellent. This is not a 5 star resort, but neither is it priced as such. That comment might sound as though I am denigrating the establishment, but I am not - it...
